I buy most of my cat food for my 3 cats from Kiwoko online or in the local shop. The prices are often lower online and I get the cat food delivered to my local shop. Normally, quite quickly. Occasionally, it can take longer than expected. Some of the tins of Almo Nature Daily Menu pâté in my last order were a little dented despite the box being quite well packed. I think these tins need better packing as the metal seems quite delicate.
Very good, impeccable service, careful and attentive. I recommend them!

First of all their discounts are messy and changes of discounts can automatically remove items from basket. 2nd they use SEUR to deliver items and in our area the never deliver. they always sent the packages to their pickup spot in Malaga that is more far away than then Kiwoko shop. 3rd it is impossible to get in contact to there online shop customer services. 4th, we have been waiting 2,5 for our refund from online shopping. 5th, the shop and online webshop does not work together thus when you return a toy that does not work ordered online to pickup the shop, you cannot use the refund in the shop and have to contact the web shop customer service which is not answering. I am done with Kiwoko

This medicated shampoo COATEX is very helpful to maintain my golden retriever's skin health, When we first arrived after a few months Beau developed a skin rash from rolling in the park grass/dirt/grounds. The vet gave me some vitamins, vet med shampoo and recommended this type of medicated shampoo. I now bathe him 1x weekly to keep him clean and happy! His skin is healthy again!

Limited quantities of products available in the shop. I have bought for my aquatic turtle 2 packs and I have asked for three more. The employee suggested to order it on the website with a delivery in the shop. It was not possible to pay on the site with a visa or Amex card. Only domestic credit cards can be used. When I went back to the shop two weeks after. Products were not received and only 2 small packs were available in the shop. The shops looks good but unfortunately the service was poor
They use Seur and then have no customer service for weeks after any problems. I had to dispute with my bank. I called and they’re on holiday. So….
Kiwoko is a great place to shop...both online and in-store. They have the best selection of food/toys/treats/furniture in all of Valencia! I am a loyal customer for life. Thank you for your kindness and expertise!!

Terrible return service. Kiwoko say Seur will collect any returns for 5.99 euros. This is not true. Tried to book a collection for return to Kiwoko on Seur website and the charge would have been 220 euros! Telephone number Kiwoko give out for Seur is just an automated service telling you to book on their website. Now I have to return 3 huge boxes myself in a very small car so it means three round trips to their shop in lorca. Not happy with Kiwoko.

As per usual, my order for special dry dog food was easy to place and received a text to collect it very quickly. I love kiwoko service and their staff are polite.

Worst comstumer services i experienced.
Ordered a table for an aquarium. the service tells you between 24 and 48 hours to deliver or to pick it up. after 6 days of No message or confirmation that it arrived(I choose Click & Collect) i went to the store to check it. The order was heavily damaged and asked for a new one. after another 5 days of waiting and still no confirmation, nothing recieved in the store. With no communication mail or call and even without permission they send me the money back while i still waited for a table to arrive.
End of the line. The communication intern Kiwoko is bad and towards her costumers too. The mail address is not working and the phone is hard to reach.
People in the store are friendly and nice but thats all.
No good word about the service and communication.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but now I’ve had enough. At first click and collect worked just fine, but now something has changed and there are lots of delays and no help from customer service. Calling is no use, nobody speaks English (really? In a country with this much tourism??) and “casos” are closed as soon as they are opened - then they ask for feedback, how was their service? NON EXISTANT! Emails are not being replied to and their, apparently automated, messages can’t be replied to either. The staff at the shop can’t help either, they can’t call or email to ask where the missing shipments are. My order has been on its way for two weeks now and hasn’t showed up. My dog is on a special veterinary diet..
Only once I tried home delivery and SEUR blew that too. It never arrived. The address was “wrong”, I was “never home” and finally the bag was “broken and goods damaged, can’t deliver”. No replacement was available, I had to cancel and re-order and wait almost two weeks for my money to be returned. The “we’re sorry, here’s a voucher” never arrived either.
Don’t bother with your automated “sorry for your inconvenience” reply to this review either. Fortunately there are other places I can take my business to.
* An update; they have ”lost” my order. Do I want to make a new one? Definitely not!!
