Bought it in march 2026 a bag gluten free dog food, the expire date was 4 februari 2026 written by pen on the bag, my dog become ill and I rushed to the animal clinic, (cost me €189) received anti biotics etc...I went 5 times to the shop, no respond, 6th time a woman manager age approx 23 said that it is normal that food is expired over the date, couldn't do nothing and for complains Ive to write a letter wich can take 2 months!!!! Or other wise I could buy in a other petshop....
Be warned, don't by in this shop!! They don't care 0 nada zero about your dog !! Very very arrogant girl who was the storage manager/manager/ceo/window cleaner etc..in the conversation

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! Really not happy that I can’t delete my account! I am receiving promotional emails! I didn’t sign up for them. Very aggressive way to stop you deleting your account by making you go in circles driving my self crazy. I only just signed up and already promotional s**t in my inbox! I placed an order on Thursday 22 Jan for store collection. I got a message to say that the earliest POSSIBLE date for collection will be Monday 26th. After reading the reviews I have my doubts. I should have just gone to the store and bought it as the 7% discount online just is not worth the hassle. You would think that the store would just take it off the shelf, put it in a collection locker and tell me it is ready. Why transport? More cost to the company, more complaints. It makes no sense. I now have to go out and buy cat food and spend the 7% saving. Never again.
Extremely bad service and horrendous customer service.
Extremely bad service, they use the same MO as others have found blaming the Couriers when in fact they don't even have the stock and the couriers have nothing to collect. They advertise black Friday deals too cheaply then don't deliver. When they state no stock left after the "failed" courier collection and you ask to have the order changed to collection from a shop you know that has stock you are robbed off and they won't change the order. They state a refund is processed 2 weeks later no refund received. My advise do not use their on line shop. We've had some ok deliveries but this is the second time of failed deliveries and extremely bad customer service. If it's advertised too cheaply with huge discounts you won't get the goods, that's my experience. I will not be using the company again. There sister / parent company Kiwoko seems s little better but I hadn't realised they were related when I made a purchase so watch this space .... Update, Dec 25. Kiwoko deliver the same goods on time and as ordered.

If you are a ´club card holder´ BE WARNED! When the staff refuse your club card (they just say no!!) and what the management don't tell you; that if produce your NIE along with your card you will get your bonus points. Do not be deceived any longer by this petty ¨penny pinching¨ attitude.

Terrible Customer Support
The store itself usually works well, delivery is fast and products are reliable (although delivery packaging is usually subpar). However, I had an issue this time with a promo code and support was below expectations at best. No explanation as to why the code did not work was provided, no possibility to add it later on to an order or refund the difference, no possibility to even cancel said order to solve the issue with a new order.
I sent several detailed messages yet was replied to with 1 sentence answers, borderline rude.
I am considering switching over to the competition as this is not acceptable service.

Not impressed
Have ordered 2 items via click and collect. Meant to be within 24 to 48hrs am still waiting 2 weeks later. Been to the shop and have the items in stock but say that can not have them. Sent emails no reply and called numerous times for over 30 minutes each time and no one answers just listening yo music I am very disappointed

No jerseys and no reply to emails
Looks like I am not the only person who has not had a reply to their emails. Order 8873851 for jerseys, marron and black. A box arrived. The invoice said 4 jerseys but only 2 in the box, the M Negra. No Marron L. The order was 30.10. The goods arrived 4.11. 3 emails have been sent with no response.
Thanks for your reply. Is my money being returned. I have paid for 2 jumpers that have not been received and no refund given. I have filled in your "non receiving of goods form" nothing happened there either.

19 days later and no delivery
19 days later and no delivery. No response to an email asking why this is taking so long? Many customers have complained about SEUR delivery but Tiendanimal continues to use them over and over again. That does not make sense. So this is the second time I've ordered something. The first one that disappeared eventually for a few weeks resulted it was
'damaged' en route so a full refund was given. But now this item not yet arriving and getting no response from the company says it all. I'll take my money elsewhere in the future. Order number should you ever get the urge to respond 8303691
UPDATE
Ironically with 24 hours I now have my package. A coincidence or a kick up the backside? 🤷♂️
