I wrote a comment already, but they requested to refund me if I deleted my comment they promised me it’s going to take six days working at this never happened I am telling my story again. I’ve made an order on March. I’ve ordered to dresses. I’ve received one of them and it didn’t fit me so I returned it and I made sure that they have received it and the second one they haven’t refunded me or resend it to me. Now we are in January. I’ve been talking to them for seven months. I’ve been contacting every person every page that it’s related to them. Nobody’s there to help me what they want me to do is to delete my review and that’s it and when I ask them for the bank slip that they have refunded me, they sent me my name and my order number if they ever tell you that they are transferring you to the accounting department it will never happen, so I don’t recommend the page. They are dishonest.

I had a problem with returning from the Netherlands, unfortunately it is almost impossible to return to Turkey and it cost me a lot of money, but Kiafet Sepeti finally reached out to me and gave me a voucher. So i'm happy they could solve the issue.

I shopped at this store upon the recommendation of my friends. However, unfortunately I am deeply disappointed in their customer service. I live abroad and obviously I cannot speak Turkish, so our communication is usually in English.

I ordered a dress at the last minute for an event. However, 10 business days passed and I contacted the store. They informed me that the package was lost so I requested a refund. From August 28th until today, December 4th, no one has returned the money to me.

In the messages they say that the finance department will contact me, but unfortunately no communication took place.

They have beautiful dresses that deserve the money paid for. They delver very fast. However, in case of a wrong size or bad materials Zero Response. So it is risky buying from them.

We have few problems with fedex but on the end everything is all right.

I ordered my dress in size XL on sunday evening/night at 11-12 pm. Even at that late hour they responded really quickly. I was a bit scared after reading all these reviews. Today (tuesday morning) at 8 am!!!!!!!!!!!!! the parcel arrived. The dress is so beautiful and fits perfectly. It came in just 1 day! From Turkey to Germany. I am so Impressed. Make sure you read the size table since turkish size run smaller.

Unfortunately I ordered it in M ​​and it arrived in S. The agreement was so bad that everyone can see it coming. And that for 130 euros. Then I should send it back, I did it and I paid 30 euros. In Turkey, the postman never found the address, let alone opened the door. The goods were with the postman or customs for 2.5 weeks. I wrote to them and asked them to pick it up and sent them the tracking number where it said where the goods were. What kind of answer did I get? How can we only answer your query when the goods arrive? How the hell are they supposed to inspect my goods if they don't accept the goods. The goods come back to me. And I'll probably have to pay. unprofessional please don't buy anything from the office. It's all fake

I've ordered two dresses for my sister's wedding. When I opened the parcel I was shocked. They looked nothing like in the picture. The glitter was coming off, the pearls were coming off and on top of that they sent the wrong size. I decided to send the parcel back but they never answered the door when the courier attempted to deliver it. When I spoke to them they said it's my fault. I never got my money back. Poor quality dresses and poor service. I do not recommend. Do not order. It's a scam

I got the dresses and they said easy return. I paid a lot to send back the items. The post do not deliver and did not know that. I ask them to call the post and I am willing to pay the delivery charges. They did not even want to call to help me. They are so rude and keep on saying that they will not call the post. I wasted my money because they are not willing to give a call to receive the dresses.

Ordered a dress but after few days they tols me dress was sold via other channel and it is not available anymore. Firstly they offered me to send another dress but I only wanted refund which I did not receive yet after one month. They stopped replying to me

I was very apprehensive ordering after reading some awful reviews. The dress I ordered arrived within a week.

Very long , needs 10 inches shortening. I would have preferred slightly thinner lining,(just personal)
I am a Uk size 12 and I ordered a Large, It just fits. So read the sizing carefully.
I would order again as for £130 & postage the dress is perfect for the cocktail party in Rome.

I ordered 3 dresses. Two was like a size S-M even though it said XL and XXL on the dress. Returns was very difficult and expensive. 50 euro to send from Denmark and you can only return by postoffice or FedEX even though they say “easy return” on the website. The third dress was OK in size but the glitter stones was falling off. I wanted a compensation for 50% of the dress, but costumer service only wanted to give me 16.50 euro discount on my next purchase. The dress was 117 Euro and 20 euro delivery… This is the worst service I have ever gotten. The item was faulty, and they would give me 16,50 Euro discount on my next order. Disrespectful. I am VERY unhappy with this, but they did not care. I have a wedding in two days and a faulty dress with no refund. NEVER buy anything from them. I am SO dissapointed.
