Potential Fraud. Took 2 unauthorised £1 transactions from my credit card. Blocked my card so that they can't take any more. Very inconvenient. No reply on email. Avoid.

first time ordering and received…
first time ordering and received incomplete item, only found out when the item arrived that one of the product i ordered was out of stock,as a paper invoice was included which indicated that an item from my order was out of stock, never received an email to let me know an item from my order was out of stock before the order was shipped. also the amount of the out of stock item wasn’t refunded as i was charged the complete amount for the entire order
