I've tried to give a feedback about a dutch online store that delivered poor quality followed by no customer service at all.
My detailed review was ignored by kiyoh.com, even after their one week delay. I do not know why they protect the online shop, but I clearly see that the online shop advertizes a kiyoh rating far above 9.
I'll never buy from a store that has a kiyoh rating on the web page.
I was asked to write a review about a product on kiyoh.com. It was about a product which I never received. It was a bit sketchy as the product provider promised free item, while they made you subscribe, so obviously my review was negative as I never received the free sample. I submitted my review on kiyoh and received an answer that due to having a negative review, they would keep the review offline for 7 days. They clame they are an honest review platform, but if your review is negative, they keep it offline. How is that honest? They help companies scam people.
