I concur with what others are saying. I placed an order with these people via the Walmart website in Sept 2023. It has been over 6 months and no word AT ALL. I tried to get a message to them, get a refund through the Walmart website. Nothing.

I ordered cookies on August 13, 2923 from SHOPIMO (through Walmart). Today, 3 months later, I STILL have not received my order. Fortunately, Walmart just did a refund for me.

Judge for yourself, from the reviews, whether to do business with SHOPIMO.

Doesn't fulfill orders. At this point I am considering contacting government agencies in Georgia given the volume of complaints against the company. Taking orders, collecting payment and not fulfilling orders is tantamount to criminal fraud

After two weeks of waiting I had not received my order.
I was told the order could not be cancelled and I must wait until it arrived to return it for a refund. 6 weeks later I am still waiting and neither I nor Walmart has been able to get them to contact me. I would like to give Shopimo less than a one star rating but instead all I am able to give them is my $37.98

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE I PLACED AN ORLANDO OVER A MONTH AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT I ORDERED THE SAME ITEM FROM AMAZON AND I RECEIVED IT THE NEXT DAY. THANK GOODNESS THAT I GOT MT MONEY BACK BECAUSE I ORDERED THROUGH WALMART. I HAVE CONTACTED SHOPIMO SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY JUST KEEP GIVING ME EXCUSES WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. NOTHING SHOULD TAKE OVER A MONTH TO GET DELIVERED NOW A DAYS.

This place is a full blown crock of doo doo. I am shocked they are allowed to conduct business of any kind. I have the same complaint as many others. Ordered something, cancelled and requested refund hours after the order was placed, have tried contacting them several times with no response, etc. Typically I check reviews before I purchase anything from a seller but this one duped me. I didn't realize I was ordering a product from such a seller as it was through walmart.com. I missed that detail for this particular item. Shame on me but it won't happen again. I really am baffled this company is allowed to take people's money with no obvious intent to deliver product or a refund or at the very least a response.

Order an item from them using Walmart.com. Delivery was expected on 8/17/2023--order was delayed. Have contacted them several times concerning order and they have not responded--Still no merchandise as of 9/5/2023.

I placed an order through Walmart with the company. I have never received the order and they are refusing to refund me the money. I have had several email exchanges with them since the middle of July. They keep giving me the run-around. Walmart should not be dealing with this company AT ALL. They don't even deserve one star, in my opinion.

Do not use this company! They print a shipping label which you can track but do not deliver the product in a timely manner. If you contact their customer service line you will get a run-around and the product will still not be shipped. I’ve stopped buying anything from Wal-Mart.COM due to my experience with this company which they use as a third-party seller.

Shopimo does not maintain inventory. They advertise products on Walmart.com but never deliver. On Walmart's internal review site, they have 495 one-star reviews for this practice. When I contacted their customer support 3 separate times they continually told me that they had stock and would ship soon, but after a full month I gave up and cancelled the order.
