Repeat Customers
We have had a great experience with this company. Two years ago we replaced our living room and stairs carpeting, as well as, laminate floors. Their customer service was very good and has a very personal appeal. We recently replaced our bedroom carpeting and had another positive experience.

Carpet in Hanover
Had my basement carpeted and this is the 2nd time in 2 years I've used Kjellberg and they did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier with how this turned out and I will use them again.

Reasonable, fair and the installers did a great job...
Kjellberg Carpet One: they were reasonable, fair and the installers did a great job. One mistake with defective roll but they took care of it in an expedited manner. I would recommend to others. TK

Great experience
Love our new carpet! From picking out the carpet to the installation the service was great. Teresa was very helpful throughout the process and the installers were very neat and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Kjellberg Carpet One!

Amazing service
My wife and I came in to pick out a carpet and we left with much more. We had so much help picking out a new carpet for house , the service we had was so amazing and everyone we worked with exceeded expectations from helping us pick out our carpet to the install. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and get what we needed done in a timely manner. We are so happy with our choice and we love our new carpet has helped us turned our house into a home.

Great customer service from start to finish at the Buffalo Carpet One
Katie was awesome and sooo patient during the entire selection process (even though it took me months), and Mari kept me up to date with any changes to the installation schedule. The end result is gorgeous carpet and LVT, installed well by professionals, and very happy homeowners!

Amazing customer service
From the day we walked in to look for new carpeting for the entire upper level of our home, the employees were all so patient and never made us feel rushed. Believe me, we looked at hundreds of samples and with so many choices, it was a process! The carpet is in and looks amazing!!!

Very Happy
We had a great experience using Carpet One in Elk River. Jim came over and did the measurements quickly, they had a great selection of flooring to choose from, and the installer, Joe, was fabulous. Joe did great work, was on time, got the job done, and was knowledgeable about the product. I will use Joe and Carpet One for any further floor installation needs that I have.Great to find folks that you can keep coming back to.

Rude Service, Cheap Carpet
Katie was extremely rude and off-putting. The carpet that was first installed turned the bedroom into a fuzzball area. I have never seen a carpet shed like that and fill the room with balls of fuzz. It was a mess and ruined our hand vacuum. They eventually (months later) replaced the carpet. So far no fuzz balls.

Very professional and friendly
I found kjellbergs of being very helpful and informative. The salesperson Caty came right out to our house with samples so we were able to make our choice right in our home. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Went well like always
Bret and his crew at Kjellberg's are great to deal with. This was the 5th time I have used them personally and another 4 or 5 times for the office. I used to price shop but now I do not bother anymore as they beat even the big box stores in price. I would highly recomend.
