The whole experience was no pressure and went very smooth .the installer did a great job.

I am sad to say that this is the second bumpy experience we've had using Kjellberg's. My husband and I bought a townhome with the intentions of reminding and updating it in chunks. Our first experience was overall okay, but we had a lot of issues with Kjellberg's getting the accurate square footage when they measured; It really made us feel uneasy. A flooring company that can't accurately measures floors?! Hmmm.
This past month, we tore up the flooring on the 2nd level and once again used Kjellberg's. The process was super smooth since we just needed to re-order the same carpet and tile from the previous year. We had absolutely no problems until the day before installation. We received a phone call letting us know that they overbooked their staff and that we needed to call our carpenter and reschedule. Somehow they were able to schedule the appointment the first time but not the second time?! It made no sense. We also felt it was unfair for us, the customer, to have to fix a mistake that they made. When I called and spoke with someone they did offer to contact our carpenter to reschedule so we didn't have to and then he'd call me back.

He never called me.
What's truly unfortunate is that we have one last project and before we sell and we have no choice but to go through Kjellberg's for consistency purposes. I'm already wondering what kind of headaches we're going to face this time.

Caty was especially helpful in helping us pick flooring, granite, tile for backsplash and paint colors. The hardwood installers were great and worked long hours to finish on time and did a very professional job. Thanks again!

My new carpet is awesome, I love it. Caty at Kjellberg carpet one is so nice and gave me a lot of advice which I took. The 2 workers who installed the carpet were great, they moved some furniture and vacuumed before they moved it back. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. Also it didn't take as long as I thought. I just love the color and texture. This was done in a molbile home with 12 year old carpet, huge difference. I will recommend Caty at Kjellberg carpet one inBuffalo and the installers to anyone and I will visit them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic service from Kjellberg and Mannington on replacing the flooring. Joe does a fantastic job with flooring and he is personable. This is beautiful flooring.

Overall, they were able to get the flooring (carpet, tile, engineered hardwood) in within a reasonable amount of time. Carpet went smoothly, tile had a broken pipe issue that is being repaired as we speak. The engineered hardwood was laid out and it's beautiful, the finish carpentry is lacking ALOT. Having a carpenter and head installer out to fix / correct the original work. The sales people have been wonderful and the one installer is great. I didn't deal with the carpet people, but with no issues on their install I'd say they were good as well. Every issue or problem we brought to their attention has been dealt with and is getting fixed or corrected. Overall I'm very happy with the flooring and the look it is giving off it is just taking 1-2 weeks longer to get completed.

My installer was fantastic. Went above and beyond in every regard. Very helpful with all of our questions and helping us pick out all the accent pieces.

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. From our first visit to the store, the measuring of our project and the estimate were all done quickly and efficiently. We were unable to be there when the installation was done but everything looked great and the place was left clean with a small amount of extra carpet neatly rolled and placed in a closet. We had considered making this a DIY project but after getting prices we decided this was our best option.

Carpet One Buffalo-- and Caty especially-- was excellent! The level of customer service I received went well beyond my expectations. When I made my initial call to the store, Caty saw to it that my room was measured and that I had a quote in my hands that very day-- amazing! When I unexpectedly needed my carpet to be installed the next business day, Caty went well beyond the extra mile to make it happen. She really took ownership of me as a customer from start to finish. Her professionalism, responsiveness, problem-solving and caring about make me want to re-floor my whole home. :) She is a gem!

I expected to pay more to work with a hometown store instead of a big box retailer, but I didn't! And to top it off I got great service, a great product, and the satisfaction of helping a small business stay in business.

Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were great. This is the second room I have carpeted with Kjellberg's and I will not go anywhere else for my flooring.
