Disappointing

Ordered direct from them - big mistake. After almost a week of sending messages to ask them why no shipping information they eventually decided to post item!! 2 weeks from purchase to delivery - in the meantime I had ordered something else from same country - and got it 6 days later! Also not overly impressed with product tbh - you can hear a slight buzzing sound with battery attached to headstrap (even though they advertise this as 'Upgraded silent version') - it's defo not silent. It is very comfortable, but the slight buzzing kills it for me.
