Extremely negative experience.
I placed an order on March 16, and after weeks of silence and multiple follow-ups, I was informed of a delay. I simply asked for an estimated delivery date to decide whether to proceed or cancel — this was never provided.
Later, I was told the order could be shipped “the next day,” which I immediately accepted. Despite this, the item was never shipped. In further communication, they again stated they had no estimated shipping date and even mentioned they might allocate the product to other customers (!).
At that point, I asked for a clear answer: either ship the order immediately or explicitly confirm that you will not fulfill it. I received no reply. Shortly after, I was issued a refund without any explanation or communication.
This shows a complete lack of reliability and customer care:
- Promises not kept
- No transparency on timelines
- Evasive communication
- No accountability
I strongly do not recommend this company. Their order management and customer service are completely inadequate.
