I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered.
I ordered a kitchen cart wich came in so many pieces like a puzzle.
Plus the main surface in metal was already scrached.
I tried to follow the instructions, on a piece of wood there was a hole missing, also the screws were too short to keep the construct together. I tried to return the product and they are proposing 20% refund and keep the product. No, thanks, I don' t need that.

I bought a bbq from the website in June through the payment on delivery option. Unfortunately, the delivery company they used is a complete nightmare. I never received the parcel, they just marked it off as a failed delivery attempt and returned it to Klarstein.
Upon contacting the customer service and asking them to please resend the parcel, they told me to simply order the product again - because the price had increased by more than 30% in the meantime!
I had contacted the delivery company several times trying to get my hands on the original parcel and also made it very clear to Klarstein that I absolutely still wanted the product and simply never got a chance to accept the delivery. Over the past two months, it's been marked "out of stock" twice, so instead of honoring a valid purchase contract, they resold MY product to other customers at the new higher price. I never received an order cancellation from them and their own t&cs clearly state the purchase contract will be considered effective at the time of order confirmation. I have all the documentation to prove it wasn't my fault that I didn't receive my order in the first place, yet they stubbornly try to make me pay for their mistakes.
I'm seriously considering taking the matter to European consumer protection.

They had something wrong with their website when i was in payment page and i waited for payment confirmation.

I emailed them to cancel one of the two identical orders (because of buggy website) which I was charged twice....

Initially they told me they could cancel over phone one of the orders. On the email they said they cannot cancel one of the items, creating more problems and stress for me. Useless customer service that don't know nothing. Would deserve 5 negative stars or 0 stars,not 1 star.

I bought an infrared panel hoping to solve the cold problem inside a study of 2.2x2.2 therefore less than 5 square meters. The product purchased in the specifications indicates that it is suitable for an environment of 10 square meters. Now, perhaps they wrote badly and instead of square meters they wanted to write centimeters paintings, I don't know, but this crap does not heat even 5 square meters. At the beginning I thought that the product was defective and I asked for a replacement but also the second is the same, in 30 minutes with an 18 -degree starting temperature, it remained them and has not increased only one degree in an environment of 5sqm (and with height of 240 instead of the classic 280). Having said that, I invite you to save money because these products are the only thing that increase is energy expenditure!

Unfortunately, I really can't recommend this company for buying anything. While the buying and the delivery experience is pretty good, when it comes to customer experience and what they actually deliver, it's a complete mess.
I have bought from them Brisket BBQ. The product arrived in a good time and in general it has a good quality. The bad side is that they advertise with big bold letters that it includes also a BBQ hood, which never arrived. When I contacted them, they gave me a standard reply and completely ignored the huge screenshot from their website where it says it's included and simply responded that it's not in the package and I should buy it separately. When I tried to move forward with a complaint, they simply provided a link which generates a return label and where they ask you to return the product. There is nobody to talk to after the product has been delivered.

Avoid them.
