Clothing was such low quality that I wanted a refund due to their "Try for 30 days Risk Free!" promise. Sent them 3 emails, no responses at all. No phone number on website. No ABN listed on website. No way to get hold of them.

Dodgy, cheaply made sweater. Posted back to them and then no response. Product get shipped from china. They pretend they are in Australia. Stay away

What I ordered was not the same as the pictures on the website, disgusting quality. I contacted them to return only to find I had to send my goods back to China at my own expense $70.00 they would then give me a 50% refund (which would have been $50.00). when I purchased my items they did not have this information on the returns part of their website. They do have it now in capital letters this is after I complained to the retail ombudsman. I still can't get my money back so PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY they are scammers. They have no regard for anyone or their loss of money.

The worst fake scam of a website I’ve ever seen. Jacket looked woolen but was cheap overlocked with a pattern to look wool. Shoes were almost made of cardboard and plastic. I contacted via email for refund & like everyone else you can keep product and get some money back or send back to Asia with an address so long and half written in Chinese wasn’t sure if It would get back! Spent $37 to send back got email saying it had been received and no more correspondence since!

The items look nothing like advertised, poor quality and clearly cheaply produced. I have requested a refund a week ago but no reply to my emails.

As others have discovered, this supposed Melbourne site is from Asia. The ordered garment was completely misrepresented. I did complain via their customer service online and received a very helpful ongoing conversation to ensure a return to a Netherlands address and refund. I did have to pay for return postage, but that was clearly stated on the site at purchase. A lesson learned. Buyer beware. At least it didn't go to landfill.

Quality is shocking…..I should have google it before I made any purchase….

As others (I've now read on here) - I order a branded product titleist jacket. This took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was a counterfeit, cheap, Chinese, knock off product. With the sizing completely incorrect.
Do not use this scam website.

I wanted a refund for a shocking excuse for a top and like others was given this message:

Don’t even look at this rogue website

Zero stars, counterfeit product, no assistance with returns. The Bonnie Vintage Hoodie which clearly looks like a hooded woolen jumper on their website arrived as a 100% polyester top with the pattern from the advertised jumper printed on it. They have a Trustpilot rating on their website with 4 stars which is clearly fake, as are all the reviews.

My item looks similar to the photo on the website but that is where the similarity stops - item is a cheap imitation of the photograph - neckline hardly finished and made from a cheap wrinkled polyester - wont be ordering again - luckily used paypal - in my opinion this site should be avoided -

The items were counterfeit and did not resemble what was advertised. They insist I need to send them back to Asia for a refund.

Unfortunately, I found out too late that this is a scam company and paid for an item I will never see nor will I get my money back. no real contact details other than an email that goes unanswered.

I ordered and received two tops from this company. I have send three emails trying to return them as they are a poor fit and poor quality. Their website gives an email address for returns - no reply. Their support email - no reply. Their info email - no reply.
