I ordered two bags on their special January 1 of 2026. The tracking number is invalid. I get no response other than there’s been a delay in shipping but be assured that they’ve been sent. They will not talk to me about a refund. I wish I had seen this and done some research before I bought from them save yourself a headache and do not order through them.

Absolutely worst company

Absolutely worst company. They steal the money and never send the item you paid for. They even try to get you to pay for a subscription that you never agree to having. I reported them to the BBB!!!

Fraudulent

Ordered purses on Jan 5th and never received them. Company keeps trying to charge my credit card, over $50, every 2 weeks. Credit card # changed and never received my purses, or any responses to my emails

Klyra is a Scammer

I should have read these reviews before I purchased. I have not received my purchase yet and it has been a month now, no update and tracking whatsoever. I have emailed them twice, no response. I was charged 59AUD as a recurring charge, which I think they subscribed you automatically when you purchase. Good thing my bank refunded it and replaced my card. This company is a scammer!!! I hope we can teport this and their FB PAGE

Scam scam scam

Scam scam scam. Charged me monthly for purses never recieved!!! I emailed daily asking for tracking. Finally recieved it and it was invalid. Asked for a refund. Been charged 3 times including yesterday when they said the were once again processing my refund. Now they are telling me I signed up for a subscription … I got a PURSE not a subscription. Had to call my bank and do a stop payment. May have to cancel my card all together. Do not do business here.

I would give zero stars if that was an option ordered on Christmas for their big buy one get one free waited over two months only to be told that my package was delivered who knows where demanded a refund only for them to tell me that they were not going to process a refund for me and to literally go around my neighborhood looking for my package. They’re a scam.

Waited for about a week with no confirmation but then received a UPS tracking number- invalid
Followed up with email n got some bull tht once the delivery company had it sorted id be sent the tracking. Then tried to take another $40 off me - apparently it’s a membership thing when u sign up but there is nothing saying this until u read every part of the terms n conditions n its right down the bottom - very easy to miss
I waited longer n emailed again.. same response
Asked for a refund n am yet to receive that as well
Do not buy from this company- complete scammers!!!!

Total scam

Total scam! I saw a raving video review on Facebook and all the comments were super positive so decided to order. Since then I’ve been banned from commenting on any posts or reviews and the comments I do post are deleted. They need to be stopped. They are getting rich $25-$45 dollars at a time.

I was charged twice for bags I never even received. When I reached out for a refund I was told that it would take up to 7 business days.

It’s been well over that and I still haven’t received anything.
