Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 49 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people reported receiving products that were not as advertised, often appearing as cheap imitations or being non-functional shortly after use. Customers frequently experienced significant issues with their orders, including items never arriving, invalid tracking numbers, or lost packages. Reviewers also encountered numerous unauthorized recurring charges or unexpected membership fees, and struggled to obtain refunds for unreceived or faulty products. Many individuals had to involve their banks to dispute charges or stop unauthorized payments, often citing a lack of responsive customer support.

I paid for 2 locks and an alarm before Christmas. The parcel was tracked to Yodel, who have since admitted they have lost it. Despite phone calls and emails to and from Yodel confirming that the package has been lost Klyra maintain they cannot refund or resend the package. I feel gaslighted and have no way of getting my money back or the products.

This store is a scam selling cheap imitation products at expensive prices. Don’t buy from this store!! Bought cycling gloves for $45. Unwearable, unbranded. Tight fingers, loose hand padding. Extremely poor quality. Cannot wear these
They say they have 60 day full refund but insist you pay your own return shipping to China and you then don’t receive a refund and product ends up back in your own letterbox
Complete rubbish, don’t use!!

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I had this installed for just one week and my bike was stolen. The theft was caught on camera and it took the thief less than two minutes to break in. This lock is completely misleading and offers no real security. Do not waste your money.

SCAMMERS!!! CROOKS!!!

This company is fraudulent and a scam. After ordering a “TitanGuard Pro” bike lock and “SonicQ” bike alarm, I received a smashed package from a drop shipping company with a generic “Sende” bike lock in a cheap box and a generic bike alarm in a flimsy box. Further investigation shows that Sende is a Chinese company and their locks sell for $10-30, not the $125 Klyra is selling them for. Their website also shows seals boasting they are in “Men’s Health 2025 Outdoor Awards” this is FALSE!!! It also claims to be featured in “Cycling Weekly 2021” (also FALSE!). Website claims it’s the “#1 rated bike lock of 2025” (a quick internet search reveals they are a hoax). They claim to be a “trademarked” product (again- FALSE). There are even images on their website of locks that say “West Biking”. All of their false advertising is actually illegal under both state and federal law. When “customer service” is contacted (only available though email) they gaslight you and insist their product is genuine and that you must be delusional.

SCAM - Cheap Product

Instead of receiving the Titan Guard Pro that I ordered for $125, I received a cheap Pagoda folding lock Model SDZ01 made by SENDE that you can buy on Alibaba for $19. Klyra appears to be a SCAM.

Klyra Crooks

Ordered 2 locks and an alarm on the 30NOV. Took forever to ship. Missed Christmas deadline. Now lost by courier and Klyra don't want to know and refusing a refund. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS.

Saved my $3,000 ebike over the course of 8 months

Amazing quality locks. I ride a $3,000 ebike that I use for commuting and I never forget to have it on me thanks to its compact design and included mount. It seems super protective. So far after 8 months of using it, there has been scuffs on it because of someone trying to steal it, but it held up strong. Highly recommend investing in one of these.

Cheap Chinese and plastic?

Bike lock that was $120 and highly rated on internet reviews. Came in a smashed, paperboard box thru Canadian customs. Ordered nov 26, received Dec 8. Branded "Sende", not Klyra. Feels like plastic. We want to return. Refundable if recd in China warehouse after customer pd shipping. Estimated at $20 to $60. Internet search now indicates it's $40 at Walmart. If we keep it, they offer 20% refund of purchase $. Feels like a scam, right?

Knockoff Received

Looking for a heavy-duty bike lock for an electric scooter. Paid $122 dollars for the "Titanguard Pro" folding lock. Received a Sende SDZ13 lock instead. No Klyra or Titanguard Pro branding anywhere on the product or box.
