Learn from a victim - avoid them at all costs
I was a victim. The website is well known to knife collectors as a scam (which I found out too late), and if my experience is a guide, the best you can hope for when buying from them is to get your credit card company to refund your money, since knifesilo.com never will. The website, run by Cheng Trading UK Limited, advertises brand name, quality knives at very low prices, but a simple Google search will turn up warnings of fraud and counterfeits. Unfortunately, I placed an order before my suspicions at the low price kicked in. Once I Googled them, I realized I'd made a mistake. They refused to cancel my order, falsely claimed my order was on the way, finally sent me two completely unrelated products I hadn't ordered, and wouldn't let me return them. I eventually filed a dispute with Visa and got my money back, less the postage I paid to forward their merchandise to another unwary customer. Of course, they said they'd refund it. Of course, they didn't.
