I’ve received an excellent service from James. I needed a special yarn (Yang Merinos 70) to knit a sweater and I couldn’t find it anywhere in Quebec.

Having seen that the yarn was available on the Knit McIntosh’s website, I placed my first order and, upon reviewing the pattern, I had to quickly communicate with James to add more balls to that order. He was really kind and helpful during the whole process.

Later, I realized that I wouldn’t have enough yarn to finish the sweater so I wrote to James once again and ask him for more balls insisting on getting the same dye lot and that’s what happened.

Delivery was really quick especially for international order.

The wool is fabulous and so is the service. When I realised I had under ordered James was very helpful and my extra wool came very quickly. I shall be ordering more wool when I've finished my project.

James is always helpful and responds to any queries promptly. Just purchased circular needles from him, spoilt for choice! His website is easy to use, so the only issue is deciding exactly what to get!

Choosing the yarn from Lang and getting updated about my order. Even with the holidays my yarn arrived perfectly packaged with no plastic and a hand written card from James. Super fast delivery. Attention to detail is noteworthy. From ordering to delivery James’s communication is excellent. Goods are beautifully packaged. Have purchased lantern moon needles and my husband gifted me lantern moon crochet hooks for Christmas. They are wonderful to use with my arthritic hands. I haven’t purchased yarn yet, only because my current stash is almost greeting us at the door!! But I will be doing so soon. I highly recommend this business. Great communication from James as always.
My new ginger needles are so beautiful. They have some weight which makes them feel really good quality. The metal is a lovely bronze colour. The case is lovely, although there are 2 loops whose purpose I haven’t worked out! The other 2 loops fasten onto toggles to form a stand for the pattern.
The sock wool feels soft, but I must try and finish my current project (s) before casting on.
This is a great shop and I will be back again.

The company's website is inspiring and I'm really impressed with the variety of yarns and patterns available. Delivery of my 'Sunshine' cotton from Wool Addicts was an problem as Parcel Force delayed it several times, but the yarn was well worth the wait. Thank you James for supplying this beautiful Langs Promise wool. It’s just about the nicest yarn I have ever knitted. The colour has a wonderful depth and there is such a great choice of shades. It’s knitting up very quickly and it is just very good for arthritic fingers. Excellent service as always
