Another excellent experience. My Fabulous hand-dyed wool arrived promptly in eco-friendly packaging. The colours are so lovely. I cannot wait to start my new project. It will take months to complete, but it will be a pleasure to knit with such beautiful wool. James is a one man band, who shows how superb service should be.

Brilliant site good prices and brilliant after care

Excellent site really good prices delivery spot on. But what stands out most is the personal service I couldn’t recommend this site too highly and will definitely 💯 be ordering again.

I saw a review in a magazine about a particular product offered by Mcintosh, and I immediately sent in my order. I was offered a discount as a first-time buyer, and have been sent other offers on additional products. My order was shipped out quickly, in environmentally friendly packaging, and I am very pleased with the product and service. Mcintosh is a very small and relatively new company, but has set a high standard of customer service. I look forward to more transactions with them.

Arrived well packaged and with a personal note which was a nice touch. However, I gave it four stars, and not five, as I was charged twice for delivery but my two items came in one package. Given one of the items was very small I feel annoyed to have paid twice.

The yarn is lovely and arrived ahead of the expected time. No issues with it at all. But James was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue with obtaining the pattern. I love the friendly chatty tone of his e-mails.

I am so pleased to have found McIntosh! A truly, unique bespoke UK small business, offering good value for money and fabulous customer service.

Having researched online for the special type of wool needed for a particular pattern, it soon became obvious other websites were very hit and miss and I didn't have the confidence to choose any of them other than McIntosh.

Delighted too, to find James met and exceeded all expectations and nothing was too much trouble.

My order arrived, and received my lovely Lang Yarn wool in perfect condition together with my new crochet hook.

Although you could see how carefully James had packed the parcel, it was whilst in transit with the courier, Royal Mail in this case, had been a little careless and the box was dented. This of course is totally out of James' control and it would be absurd to reduce my rating on account of this.

James you deserve all 5* thank you very much for all your due care and attention.
