Knowmalaria was the site recommended by Sunday Times Travel. Its price was the cheapest. When my tablets hadn't arrived as quickly as expected they kept in touch so I was reassured that they would sort out if there was a problem- luckily they arrived the next day.

The website was easy to use, my order came promptly and i love how I get the reminder emails reminding me when to take the malaria tablets.

Good service. Only one tiny comment I needed to order tablets for both myself and husband. Could not add his order to mine but had to start all over again. I know that you would have to ask the medical questions etc again but would be nice to have a 'add another person to your order' section you don't have to type in address, card details in for a second time

I would certainly recommend knowmalaria. They provided a fast, efficient service with real people at the end of the telephone addressing any queries, so much better than an automated service. Well done to everyone, I would use knowmalaria again.

My wife's internet application on Knowmalaria for an antimalarial led to a problem which called for a review of the application. Within 10 minutes we received a phone call from the on-duty clinician explaining that my wife's information included a weight of 40 kg and this would necessitate a lower dosage rate. My wife would quite like to be 40 kg but we had entered her weight wrongly and it was immediately corrected and the application went through immediately. Very impressed that there is this careful monitoring.

Easy website and although I am on countless tablets with my heart condition they made it so easy and straightforward to make sure there was no clashing with my medication.
