I paid for a ko8 suspension training set on the 26th april. They took payment but I never received a confirmation email. After around four emails without getting a reply, I had to reach out to my bank. They just opened a dispute hopefully get my money back please avoid.

The item never arrived. Their support ignores all messages. Had to call the bank to do a Chargeback to get my money back, which i got instantly. Becauese they are a scam

Ive been to some gyms where the music is so loud that I don't hear the music on my own headphones with noise cancellation😂
Therefore I decided to try some ropess because a buddy of mine told me that they can be even more effective than working out in the gym. Got one and attached to our tree, and doing fine actually. It's high quality and I can trust it with my weight without thinking that Iwill fall down🤣 Had no idea you can do like 20 different exercises with a simple rope. I guess its about imagination!

they dont issue refund after they lie about their terms

Following up to message below it is 29th of August when writing this message.

20th May I paid for Ko8 system and to date nothing arrived and had x3 emails saying they will refund my money that day but nothing arrives.
They are cowboys and barely respond to you on email except with lies, be very careful with online orders.
had emails from Rebbecca Mercer on 12th and 26th august advising refund today but nothing this is after months of chasing.
I chase every couple of days. there is no phone nuber to call them on and name provided on this post with website is bogus.
tells you everything.... dont deal with these guys is my advice.

After our KO8 took a full year to arrive some bands broke back at the start of the year. Went into the site, ordered replacements and paid £9.99 for shipping. Nearly a month later I realised nothing had come. Chased the order and was told it was a ‘courier issue’ but they’d change the courier and re ship. Chased MULTIPLE TIMES since and just ignored. Now more bands have gone which leaves us with a useless piece of kit which is no more than a TRX now as all the bands have snapped. They’ll probably reply to this and advise me to email - which I have - and no one responds!! To add insult to injury they’re still offering Black Friday deals in a product they can’t support today!!! Honestly KO8. A great product let down by your absolutely appalling no existent service. Get it together

KO8 is great! The amazing support from the team and community they have built is what keeps me going.
I travel a lot for work and I take my KO8 with me keep training when I’m in a hotel with no equipment and can’t make class there are so many different workouts and coaches to follow.
I highly recommend!

Perfect piece of rehab kit for sports injuries. Both suspension and resistance band in one!

What a great bit of kit, so easy to use, light and a full body workout! I would recommend to people all ages and abilities.

So I seriously had to wait 3 months for a package they sent to find out that it contains 1 black rubber band. I have purchased more than 15 KO8s and 1 is broken and they can’t just send a new complete one out of customer friendliness? very disappointing, to realize how much advertising and content we have made. I thought this was a serious company. now we are still 1 KO8 short, they don’t respond to messages anymore 👎🏽

It is with genuine regret that I am forced to post a negative review here. As a person that has purchased 4 KO8 systems for myself and another 4 for customers I know this is a SUPURB fitness tool. Its durability, practicality and effectiveness can not be questioned.
However, this company has major distribution and communication problems. Previously I waited 9 months for my delivery and my current order (made 9 weeks ago) has not been delivered. Furthermore we have not received an update and although Hannah did respond initially, this communication has now ended. Sadly - if I do not receive any news I will have to contact my credit card company to retrieve funds.
Even sadder - I ordered this for a friend of mine recovering from hip replacement and the after effects of chemotherapy. I designed him a programme around this great piece of equipment sitting in a chair at home (we train where we want!!!!) to raise his spirits.

Never received the product. An internal investigation is happening but in the meantime I’m a customer who has received no assurance of assistance.

EDIT: KO8 policies are not customer focused, after having to badger customer service to do the right thing and replace the lost item before a lengthy UPS investigation could complete, they finally said they would. 72 hours later still no tracking and no chance the item will arrive by Christmas. Until customer service is fixed can’t recommend the company.

It works for what I needed it for

I am very happy with the KO8 purchase!!!! It is an innovation in the field of fitness with many exercises as it combines resistance with suspension!!!! An excellent job has been done with your site as well as with the response to both orders and communication emails!!! value for money for sure!!!!!! Both I as a trainer and the people I train are very happy and excited!!!! The variety of exercises and the fact that they work out without straining and feel well-being leaves us all more than satisfied!!!! How excited I am about KO8 I think is reflected in the way I write...!!! I use it 2-3years now. I have been a gymnast for 22 years and I think that if I had to choose only one piece of equipment it would be the KO8 for sure!! Well done!!!

i pay a KO8 since July 11, and this moment have not my equipment, the customer attention its terrible. I need my money back.

Arrived promptly. Great packaging, nice touch with the poster too for an easy and quick start.

Easy to use, simple to follow instructions.

I like that there is plenty room for resistance compression compared with some other resistance band packs.

Maybe a little pricey for some but still cheaper than TRX and you get more than just the straps.
