This company is a scam they do NOT deliver the goods. Send loads of emails saying goods on there way!!

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Absolute garbage, wouldn't put in a £1 luckybag! I thought they wouldn't reply to my emails, they didn't. They are just crooks stealing money. Stay away!!

I ordered earrings months ago. Still not arrived. Company occasionally responds to my emails saying not their fault product hasn’t arrived. They refuse to refund.

Looks the same as a company called Nola jewellery who say a dear soul Nola is retiring hence clearance they also have really bad reviews all sent from china and take two weeks to come no idea how to return them as they say you can?

BUYERS BEWARE.
Have not ordered from these people after seeing reviews.
Note their website gives business address as 9888 Spectrum Drive, Austin Texas 78656. Can trace no 9888 on Spectrum Drive, and real zip code for nearby properties is 78717.
Also phone number they give is a Spanish mobile.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a ring my mum on 4th April 2025. The ordered the vintage rose gold glass ring in a size 8. The wrong item was sent (a blue ring). I emailed and they offered me a 20% voucher or a 20% refund. I emailed back that I would prefer and think it would be right that they send my mum the correct ring. Why should we take a 20% voucher or refund to then have to reorder the item? I still have to pay for something i have already paid for, but not received. Anyways, after three emails going back and forth ‘Sofia’ would not budge and I emailed back for the third time saying I would just like the correct item to be sent, she did not reply. My mum really wanted the ring so I had to re order it for her.. we will see if this is correct.. this will be our last purchase now and I think anyone who is considering ordering just be aware that if you receive the wrong item you won’t get a full refund or even the correct item sent for free.. be cautious

UPDATE!! 30th April 2025: My mum reordered the ring and they sent the SAME INCORRECT ring!!! The ring they are advertising is clearly not available but they’re just sending out the incorrect ring out instead of cancelling the order. So disappointing. My mums last order now for sure

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered several pieces of jewelry as they claim they are closing down.
Each piece looked like it was out of a cracker. Not at all like the photographs. Rings turned my fingers green. One of the earrings broke before I could wear it. And one pair was plastic not metal.

I ordered a necklace at the start of April and is now nearly about a week before May and still haven't received it I spent quite a fair bit of money it's a scam please please please do not waste your money on this site

Just don't bother, the products took 17 days to arrive so missed the intended birthday. Arrived as ordered but one was clearly badly damaged before it was packed as it came in a box. I wouldn't recommend this company.

This is a Koala brand website review. There is no information on the website!! What is the jewellery made from? What are the stones? What are the measurements? The jewellery looks lovely but will not be ordering as 1) there is no information and 2) there are so many bad reviews for this company.

This company has no intention of improving, it's customer service is minus any positives, their products are misrepresented and they try every low way possible to ensure that you don't claim a refund. Do NOT buy from this company. Unscrupulous to say the least. I bought a so called vintage gold hand made ring reduced from £112 to £27.99. It arrived in a cheap scraggy plastic envelope and was wrapped in a bit of plastic, from China. It was a Vile brassy colour, awful. The exact same ring is at the moment advertised on Temu in China for 68 pence, the exact advert.They insist that their protocol is for the buyer to pay return costs to China, yet their misrepresentation invalidates any said policies. This company should not be touched with a 10 foot bargepole, they are scammers, absolutely do not buy from this diabolical company . They are going to continue scamming people if people aren't made aware. If I could score minus 100 for disgusting customer service and poor products then I would. Shame on this company. I am a customer who thoroughly enjoys praising good service and products, so for me to write this negative review is totally against my nature.But they 100% deserve the many complaints they've had.

Alley express rings ,fake DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Just get a 4 year old to make you them instead!

If I could give no stars I would… I was send something completely different to what I ordered, and it was complete tat! When I contacted them to tell me I was told that I had to send the item back to CHINA, at my own expense. Do not touch this company, it’s scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I placed my order on the 3rd March and still have not received it. I have asked for a refund with no success. I will keep posting until I get my money back. Disgusting!! I wish I had read reviews first before buying it looks like they have done this to loads of customers!

Koala Brand Jewellery sent me some earrings that bore almost no resemblance to the picture on their website. When I protested, they asked for my order number which I sent, and then they denied that I had bought from them - at which point all communication ceased.
I have no idea where else Koala Brand jewellery sells in the UK. They say it is a British company when their goods are clearly from abroad - looks like China. There is no address, telephone number or any other means of contact apart from an email where the response seems to come from Spain or Italy.
It is beyond dodgy. I thought it was odd that they didn't have reviews on their website. Now I know why.
They are crooks.

I wish I had read the reviews. Took forever to come. Look cheap and not well made. So disappointed

Giving 1 star is generous! I would highly advise to AVOID buying from this company. Awful customer service. Item never received. Chased relentlessly for over 2 months and the only response I did get back was clearly an automated reply. Repeated requests for a refund were ignored. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Paid £22 for some earings. A package arrive from Temu and I was confused. It was the earings, really tacy and flimsy. Could have just gone straight to Temu and bought them for £1 if that was what I was after
