Never order from this company.
I received the wrong item, and when I contacted them, they stated I needed to return the item to China at my own expense, which would cost more than the item itself, even though the fault lies with them!
The ring I did recieve is also very cheap looking and poor quality.

Ordered a ring but nothing has arrived. Complained and asked for a refund. No response. Very poor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I will never ever order anything from this company again. I order the vintage olive green glass earrings. They had allegedly been reduced from £100 to £20. They took forever to be delivered and when I got them, it was not what I ordered. I had been sent some cheap plastic rubbish which I wouldn't wear. Then I looked online and realised, like so many other customers, that is been duped. I replied to an email thread I'd created (I kept following up to see where the order was) and "Sofia" said I needed to prove I'd bought the earrings. Well follow the email thread Sofia...it's all there!!!!! Needless to say, haven't had any money back. Please please do not order anything from this company, it's a complete scam.

Bought 2 pairs of humm earrings as gifts , what arrived were clumpy ,bright gold material with cheap stones something you may find in a Christmas cracker, nothing like as shown I can’t get my money back as I am unable to find an order no even though I have a case no regarding my complaint wish they had shut down ages ago Mary Chacon

Ordered earrings for my mums birthday, looked nothing like the image when they arrived. They were extremely cheap looking, not put together well at all, they were like something out of a cracker!! I returned them, giving details of the tracking number, and yet weeks after that they are claiming they haven't received them, and won't issue a refund until they do. Terrible company, atrocious quality, just rubbish all round!!

I bought some so-called handmade earrings from Koala for a friend. Delivery was very slow and when the earrings did arrive, they looked too cheap and of poor quality that I could not give them as a gift. The returns policy stated one has to pay for return postage. Why is this?

Have not refunded money for an item which I returned. Do not waste your time buying from this company - cheap rubbish which is far inferior to advertised goods. They do not fulfill their promises, be warned!

Ordered a stacking ring - it arrived but was absolute rubbish made of what looks like plastic coated to look like metal.
Ring didn’t fit and requested refund - numerous emails exchanges and eventually I was offered 10% discount to keep the rings. I was given an address in CHINA to return the rings but postage cost to get item tracked was half the cost of the rings.
It’s an absolute disgrace AVOID AVOID AVOID this crappy company.

I purchased a pair of earrings.When they arrived they were not as the photo on the site.I asked for a refund and they kept delaying things.
When eventually they agreed they said I had to pay to ship them to CHINA ??

Shocking business. I made an order on the 9th March and I have still not received it. Sent numerous emails and all responses are delay tactics. Then received an email referencing an order I never made. Have threatened to report them to trading standards. Requested a refund and no refund forthcoming. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a pair of earrings and they took my money on 15th April 2025.The item I ordered was out of stock,they offered an alternative I did not want .i have been in touch on numerous occasions and asked to cancel the order and get a refund.Tbey say they have raised case numbers on 3 occasions and then nothing happens.i have now asked for my money to be refunded immediately or I will go to trading standards.my advise is do not deal with this company .

I bought earings nothing like the photo, and they don't take back returns. Take nothing to do with them.

Absolute rubbish and when you complain they change their email to yours so every email you send them comes back to you. It’s an absolute disgrace. I can’t believe Amazon is selling their tat.

This is a scam. I ordered earrings from their site. When they arrived they were different from the photograph on the site, and they were defective. They were cheap and worthless. Because the company will not pay the costs for return, and they are in China (which is not made clear anywhere on the site), it would have cost more than half the cost of the earrings to return them. They offered me a 35% refund, which I took. They have made a good profit by selling these worthless earrings.

I wish I’d read the reviews here first. This is what I wrote to their support team today:

“Received the earrings today. What complete and utter rubbish. Not at all as displayed. I’ll never buy from you again.

I wouldn’t have paid £1 had I seen them. You are misleading customers by obviously displaying another version on the web. This would contravene trade description laws in the uk. Shame on you!”

I was expecting cheap but not complete and utter junk!

Don’t buy - they look 1000 x better online than they are.

Ordered 2 rings only 1 arrived ! Emailed they said would refund,a month and 26 emails later still no refund

What they delivered bore no resemblance to the picture that was put out in their advert. They advertised that its vintage turquoise stone,theyre not even stones, something painted to make it looked like stone..UTTER RUBBISH!!

Feel I jumped to wrong conclusion! On the other hand I always find Trust Pilot reviews useful & reliable .

Maybe Koala have turned over a new leaf ..I had several e mails from them explaining what/when they were doing. Today ..checked my bank statement …Refund there. Thank you Koala

Cheap jewellery. Don't be fooled by the original prices. Even the sale cost is way overpriced.

Absolute junk, ring went black within a month of wearing. Earrings arrive in Jiffy bag with no backs. Avoid this company like the plague.
