Earrings Failed to arrive, no response to refund request
Ordered a set of earrings end of October for a Christmas present and now it's middle of Feb 2026. Sent an email mid November to check on progress and received a "Don't worry, due to the high volume of orders we're receiving these days and because we're in the final clearance of the collection, some orders are experiencing delays. All orders are insured and will arrive in perfect condition. We guarantee all deliveries, so please don't worry. However, I will notify our logistics team to expedite your delivery as much as possible."
18th January 2026 I sent a follow up requesting a refund and received exactly the same response.. requested a refund for the second time and received no response (or refund) .. total con.. avoid like the plague !

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve waited 3 months for a pair of earrings I paid £46 for - initially I got 2 template responses from customer service but most of my emails have gone unanswered and I have very clearly asked for a refund 3 times. Nothing. Do not order from this company

I am annoyed with myself that I did not read reviews on here before I bought some turquoise earrings. Address on packaging that arrived was in the Uk, but item took a while to come it was stamped from China. What arrived was a totally wrong pair and looked very cheap.
I was told sorry occasionally happens I had accidentally been sent a wrong pair, I could have 10% refund, then 20% refund but I said I didn’t want earrings they were poor quality so it was suggested I could send them back for a refund. I paid £10 ish to return but thought at least I would get fair refund…. I sent to China address I was given, madly trying to believe I had not fallen for a scam …unfortunately I did not receive a refund but about 4 months later the unopened parcel arrives back from China, it says was uncollected by company it was addressed to !! I am going to alert my bank and PayPal about this company and all these similar reviews, but wanted to write a review to warn others about this company, please don’t fall for glossy website and nice looking products.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a complete scam company. I am reporting them for scamming and fraud. I wish I'd looked at these reviews first but the website looks amazing and all this beautiful jewelry. I purchased a ring and when it eventually arrived it came in a clear bag in the cheap china/Hong Kong white bag. It is a cheap peace of tat. Nothing like the photo. There response is I have to pay and send back and wait for them to review and refund. I'm not sure how many customers are going to do that as the jewelry is not expensive. They also offered me to keep the ring and a 10,% of more jewelry!! I should have thought this could be too good to be true.

I ordered a ring for my Daughter. It should read inside “ you belong among the wild flowers” she had this music when she walked up the aisle. Cheap, plastic rubbish looks nothing like on the site.
I read the reviews for the site straight after I bought the rings I ordered and tried to cancel but was ignored.
They took 10 days to come and when they arrived they were exactly as the previous reviews stated. Cheap, plastic jewellery that looks absolutely nothing like it’s advertised on the website. The site claims the rings were reduced from £76 to £18.99 but I would have paid 50p for the absolute rubbish that arrived. Steer clear!

Poor service, poor product
I ordered in error - my mistake I appreciate- I had got confused having looked a few sites. I realised straight away and email the company asking if it was possible to cancel my order (within 10 minutes). Initially I was pleasantly surprised that I received an email redponse very promptly, assuring me they would review the case within the next 2 days and get back to me. Hoever, I then heard nothing. I emailed to remind them I was waiting for a response and they said I could not cancel my order as their policy is this can only be done within 12 hours of the order! I explained I asked to cancel the order within 12 minutes, but have heard nothing further. The earrings came, they are crap. I won't bother trying to return them as I don't believe this company have any intention of refunding my purchase. AVOID

A total scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I only wish I'd read the reviews already on here before I bought something from this company. Their website photos show images of good quality items that appear to be worth the price, the reality is a cheap and nasty item that bears little resemblance to the photo on the website and is worth next to nothing. I only received one of the items I bought, plus a 'free gift'. No sign of the other item. The items are shipped from Hong Kong in poorly protected plastic packaging. I honestly feel like putting them in the bin as they're total rubbish, I feel so stupid that I've been scammed. I'm now receiving emails from them with more offers, but I can't unsubscribe from their mailing list as the unsubscribe link takes you to a placeholder website without any function. A total scam company making huge amounts of money from unsuspecting customers.
No doubt there will be an AI generated response from the company to this review. Ignore it, they're a sham.
