Do not care for this product

I bought 2 gift cards for my son-in- law. I never received the email to redeem the cards. It took me 3 days to find a contact number to correct the problem. When I received the email, the link was for only one of the two gift cards. More time and work for me! Not a fan!

Kobo generally makes it easy to buy e-books. The one touch purchase is good as is the reminder if you already have a copy of the book.
The only issue I have is that if my widfe has a book she thinks I can read then we cannot exchange them between KOBO's I think all should be able to nominate a parter top swap with.

I have had my new Kobo Clara for a few months now. Superceded from the Kobo Glo HD which I had been using without any problem for around 15 years! Very impressed with the battery life lasting for over a month with both e-readers actually and I have used them everyday. In terms of buying books through the app or website it's a breeze and any problems I've had with orders, quick chat gets it sorted out within hours. Definitely recommend purchasing from this company and buying their products.

I can’t live without my kobo.
The size, weight and backlight make reading in any situation easy and comfortable.
It works perfectly with my public library, and of course with the bookstore when I don’t want to wait.

Even though I had ordered this outside of the Mother's Day Promo window where it was guaranteed delivered prior to May 10th, Kobo managed to get the device to me in about 5 days, which is incredibly fast. It was a great surprise as I was able to give it to my wife early.

The delivery timeline never updated from time of purchase to receiving my item. Item came as expected, packaged well, but it would have been nice to have an ETA.

The KLC is such a superior device to the other readers I've had before. Its more like the first iterations of Nook which lasted forever and didnt have built in distractions. I love it!

All I can say is I’m in love with my Kobo. The Clara Colour and the Libra Color are so comfy to hold, easy to read and highlight. Delivered quickly. Highly recommend.

I have been a Kobo customer for years now. I'm always in the loop for new things and products. They never let me down.

I really like my Kobo. It is easier and more intuitive to use than Kindle, and with none of Amazon's bs. I love that it shows the cover of the book you're reading while it's "sleeping". Perfect little e-reader, even for old luddites like me.

I think this WILL BE a great resource, but I'm currently finding it difficult to find books. They still need to drill their sorting function down. I love Fantasy (dragons, elves, etc) but not Sci Fi. Still mostly grouped together. I'm sure they will sort it, and I'm still planning to keep my Kobo Plus membership active. (I just haven't given up my Kindle Unlimited yet, which is my ultimate goal.

My Kobo Clara is a perfect size for carrying everywhere, especially on holiday. It works so well and is easy to adjust to the way I like to read.
