After my two cast iron pans went rusty…
After my two cast iron pans went rusty I complained to Koch & Kachin who informed me they needed oiling in. This was not with instructions. But they sent me two new ones and a video to oil my pans in. Happy now 😀

Dreadful customer service
I bought a Swiss Army knife as a gift for a friend's birthday and selected 'gift receipt'. I received an email telling me that it was being sent from a different warehouse and that a gift receipt therefore couldn't be sent. What actually was sent to my friend was a copy of the invoice showing the price.
I am really unhappy about this and have sent ten emails trying to voice this only to receive completely robotic replies

We were unable to pack the gift receipt in your order.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require any further assistance."
Trying to escalate this but frustratingly keep getting the same dumb response.

Order satisfaction
I ordered x2 Swiss cards on 3rd August and received a package on the 8th with only one in. I contacted Koch & Kochin who replied very promptly to my query and looked into it, by the 10th August I had received my second card. Whatever error had occurred initially I don’t know but the company sorted the problem swiftly without any quibbling and so I am a happy customer.

A speedy and pleasant transaction.
All of the items arrived within a few days of the order. Comms from the system were good especially as the items ordered at the same time were dispatched at different times.

Unfortunately you sent a completely different pan set to the ones I ordered for my friends moving in gift.So I had to buy another set of pans local to them when I visited as we wouldn’t have been able to cook.I have sent you various emails explaining and requesting a refund as I am very much out of pocket.However you have chosen to ignore all my emails.This is not acceptable and I am suffering financially because of your mistake.
