Money taken but no delivery
Ordered a knife set a month ago. Money taken but nothing delivered. Chased up with emails to support twice and not heard anything back. Won't be buying anything from them again and based on my experience wouldn't recommend others to use either.

Replacement of a faulty pan.
Ordered a cast iron pan, when it arrived it had a small whole in it, I emailed this company and within a few days I had a replacement. Great service. Will definitely use them again

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Sharp knife came wrapped in bubble wrap only (no box), with the tip bent! Was an Xmas present for my Dad and so there was no time to return or process a refund. When a return was arranged they didn't provide a return label, and despite numerous attempts to contact have not responded. The knife was not cheap at £53, so you would expect a bit better quality, customer service and communication. Would not use again.

Knife Set...cutting edge
I received the 360° rotating knife set with wooden handle as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. She did tell me they did cut it fine (pardon the pub) with delivery but it arrived on Dec 20th. These knives are an absolute pleasure to use lovely weight in the hand, even chopping frozen chicken breasts it was like slicing through butter. I am very proud to have it my kitchen.
