Ordered 3 products..have had several emails to say that parts of the order have been shipped….delivery could be tracked..
It can’t..you’ll be directed to an app that has to be downloaded…
Have sent two emails now…as a previous reviewer mentioned, these items were a Christmas present..
Having checked my PayPal account it shows payment was accepted by another company…sounds like yet another company that do not understand best practice…be very wary.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless - ordered a product for a Christmas present which was clearly showing “in stock” and 3 days later was told that due to a technical hitch they did not have any stock
I found an equivalent product on their website but flatly refused to substitute it
Terrible customer service and will now have an extremely upset daughter with no Christmas present

My order arrived damaged, we have been trying to contact the shop to arrange a return/refund for a week and we have not heard back from anyone. This company seems to pride itself on "excellent" customer service? Avoid.

Beware, not an induction wok
I have ordered the product because i wanted to cook a chinese dish for a special day, my 10th wedding anniversary. When the big day came, I got it out, started cooking and to my dismay it did not work at all on my induction hob. It was advertised as an induction wok, but it is not! I was so frustrated. Need to return
