Slechte ervaring met lenzen bestellen

Ik heb hier 2 doosjes lenzen besteld 2 weken geleden en tot op heden geen lenzen ontvangen.. Wel al meerdere malen gemaild met de klantendienst. Ze beweerden dat het pakketje opgestuurd was met de post en 5 dagen later nog steeds niet binnen dus weer een mailtje verzonden. Er bleek iets mis te zijn en het pakketje werd terug gestuurd naar hen, waardoor ze het opnieuw moesten verzenden. De antwoorden lijken ook gegenereerd met AI!
Als je snel je hoopt je maandlenzen te ontvangen, zou ik toch voor een duurdere, betrouwbaardere optie gaan!

Zeer slechte ervaring

Zeer slechte ervaring met KODANO.

Bij een probleem met een aankoop via hun contactlenzenautomaat volgden wekenlange discussies en geen volledige oplossing. De communicatie is stroef en verantwoordelijkheid wordt niet genomen.

Mijn advies: bestel hier niet als je verwacht dat een klacht netjes en snel wordt afgehandeld.
