Excellent service from Køkkenforhandler.
We were let down by one of the large kitchen suppliers who informed us at the last minute just before the scheduled delivery that some of our white goods were on back order and wouldn't be delivered until January - leaving us without an oven over the Christmas period. I reached out to Køkkenforhandler to try to source a replacement. I had several email exchanges and calls with Bente who was very knowledgeable, fast to respond, and a pleasure to deal with. The quoted price was unbeatable, better that the original price we negotiated with the kitchen supplier despite a bulk purchase with them. I ordered on a Friday, and they delivered already on the following Monday. My only regret is that I did not discover Køkkenforhandler earlier in the process, I would have been much happier ordering all of my white goods from them to begin with. Highly recommended!
