And we’re especially happy to hear your experience with decaf has been a good one. You’re absolutely right — decaf often gets treated as an afterthought. We try to approach it the same way as any other coffee: fresh, diverse, flavour-focused. Great to know it makes a difference for you (and that your partner still gets their caffeinated fix 😉).

Also — excellent choice with The World Atlas of Coffee! That’s a classic and such a great gift for coffee lovers.

Hi Chris,

Martin here, Kofio cofounder here. This review is 100% correct, we messed up and I would like to apologize for that. The correct way to handle this would be to send a delivery guy to pick your machine asap and we would either send you back the fixed machine or the money to your bank account. Ideally the whole process would not take more than a week so you can get back to why you bought Bambino in the first place.

We did not do that though and instead tried to solve the problem in completely ridiculous way - writing you in our email conversation about possible quick fixes.

I apologize again, we will do better in the future and I will push our team to solve your problem as no.1 priority.

you just made our day! We don't really ship outside of EU just yet - well we do to selected countries - USA/UK/Switzerland, but still working on adding new countries. Hopefully will not take too much time.
