Excellent customer service

I made a purchase from Espresso Gear but there were some complications with the delivery service and I got notified that my item (which was supposed to be a gift) was being sent back to Espresso Gear. I emailed them asking how we could resolve this issue and their customer service team responded in less than 30 minutes! They were very helpful and fixed the problem immediately. I received the item a few days later and my girlfriend was ecstatic with her gift!
