the ai that was trying to solve the problem never gave a solution. i followed the same procedure for the past 4 years. only this time it would not show up correctly. i even sent screen shots to help, but just got robot speak that never resolved the issue.

Great experience with Koinly
I had a very good experience using Koinly to generate my tax reports. The tax reports were easy to create and I successfully submitted them to the tax authorities without any issues.
The website is very easy to use and intuitive. Once you pay for a report, you can access it anytime and download it as many times as you need, which is very convenient.
Overall, a smooth and reliable service. Highly recommended for crypto tax reporting.

Koinly has good CSV support
Koinly is able to merge all of the various crypto brokers, and they have decent tutorials on how to generate the CSV files for each broker and how to import them to Koinly.

Straightforward and easy. These guys were the only tax software that could handle the 25million transactions I had 1 year. It took over a week to process them but it worked and pricing was fair. I didn't stick with micro trading but I did stick with koinly
