Koios cancelled my order with no explanation days after I placed it.

It has been several weeks and I have not received my purchase.

Very easy to re order filters and they came quickly.

Attractive, easy to put together, easy to clean. Quiet running.

The chat line was very helpful as was the quick response to my email question. The expedited shipping was well worth it as was the cost for this compared to the over $40 Amazon would have charged had I purchased this item at that website. I would definitely purchase from the KOIOS shop again.

If you need a replacement part, kiois will not help. They do not sell replacement parts. I searched online but found few replacement parts available, and no end caps which is what I need.

Received email that order got cancelled by Koios due to "unforeseen circumstances", with no further explanation. Further explanation would've been appreciated.

Product is good. It just that my hand blender body seems to be used or used old plastic. So I can see scratches in the light. I have purchased 3 times from Amazon and received same quality.even it seems they were open boxed. Then I decided to by from Koios.com. again received same quality. I am satisfied with quality of mechanics, not quality of body

I have purchased 7 or 8 of these Air Filters because they are exceptional units! They are small, quiet, powerful and take in air from three different directions. I highly recommend this product! I'm more than satisfied after using them 6 months already!

I have cancer and need the juicer right away. It has been over two weeks and I have not been notified that it has shipped as of yet. So I wanted to cancel the order but I was told I can’t because my paperwork was sent to the vendor for them to ship from there. I still have not heard anything from anyone that my order has shipped. You issued me a return label to send it back when I finally do receive it. I am very disappointed that I have not been able to use my juicer to try and save my life……..
