I previously wrote a review on my experience with this company. Not a good one either. With that being said I retract my previous comments. My package was finally delivered even though you never would had known I had anything coming. The lack of communicating and being more focused on basically tricking you into buying another product with the over load of incomplete purchase emails and texts received. I rate a 3 star only because the product actually showed up. The quality well I would say it looks nice. So that is my final comment on this. Will not order anything else from with the time wasted to try and figure out what east going on.

Been charged over £38 twice over the…

Been charged over £38 twice over the last two days and not received the lymphatic brush I originally paid £22 for two months ago. Total scam I would not purchase from them. Now going through the hassle of getting my money back. The reply below does not fill me with confidence as I have been in contact with them already yesterday and been informed that the charges are for a subscription that I never signed up for. The reply below seems like a delaying tactic. I have now raised the issue with my bank for all of the charges.

I wish that I’d read some of the…

I wish that I’d read some of the reviews before I ordered their Lymphatic drainage brush.
I did receive the product - which I was charged £23 for (it’s not worth the money by the way). They didn’t send an email confirming the order though, so I didn’t receive an order number or details about delivery.
I was also horrified to find that 1 week after charging me for the brush, they took £39 on the Monday AND the Tuesday of the same week.
They have responded saying I signed up for a subscription, which I definitely didn’t do and there is no mention of it at any point in the order process.
Please BEWARE of buying from this company.

Thieves!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I warn you now, do not buy from this place. They keep taking money from my account. 3times!!! After the first one they said they signed me up to a subscription, which I did NOT know about nor ask for. They said they would cancel it, ignoring my refund request, and have taken a further 2 payments from my account. I’ve had to now block my card. Thieving ba****ds!!! AVOID. Fuming 😡

THIS IS A SCAMMER

I placed an order through YouTube advertisement for a lymphatic brush from Kojiva, they didn’t only charge me for the brush but also a subscription fee of $49.99 which was never mentioned on their website and worst of all I have never received the brush!!!

Kojiva/Kojeva/Kowhatever is a Scam

Kojiva/Kojeva - buyers beware! One week after purchase they charged my card $49.99. I sent email to have it refunded. They claimed it's a subscription (there was no mention of any subscription a the time of purchase). They stated the subscription fee is not refundable and that they cancelled further charges. Well, the next day they charged my card again $49.99. I asked why was I charged, the response: “for membership”, I have not signed up for any membership, nor subscriptions. I’ve been sending emails to Amy/Erika @ kojiva for the past few days. I have called my bank to dispute the charges and changed my card. As of today, 2 unauthorized charges for $49.99 each, have been finally refunded. I’ve received the product 2 days ago that I ordered on April 11th which was priced at $40,00 with feee shipping, however I was charged $4.95 for the shipping fee. The tracking nr is not USPS, I’ve never in my life had such terrible experience with any other website or merchant. Charging people for made up memberships or subscriptions is just evil. Let people buy what they need to buy and call it a day. Don’t impose made up subscriptions or memberships.

Kojivashop.com = ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

Kojivashop.com is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! STAY AWAY from these Chinese SCAMMERS!!!!
We placed an order and have NOT received anything from them! They keep saying it's on the way.
Today, as we checked our account, we found out that we have another two UNAUTHORIZED pending charges on the card, for the same amount each that they charged us initially! No honest, reputable company charges a client repeatedly without their consent!
BIG RED FLAG ALERT!!!
We suggest that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY as if they were the PLAGUE because THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE PLAGUE !!! They are stealing people's money!!!
As of today, canceled the card and disputed the charges from this company with the bank, and now I have to wait for a new card!

SCAM WARNING!!

SCAM WARNING!!! A week after purchasing one their brushes, I had an unauthorised charge in my account for $49 from Kojiva. They claimed it was for Kojiva club membership I had subscribed, however I didn’t subscribe to anything, and revisited the purchasing screen/ process to confirm: there was NO MENTION of any membership, or any authorisation for ongoing charges. Soon after, on the samae day! there was another charge of the same amount, after they received my email contesting the first unauthorised charge. I had to get my bank to intervene to stop them from continuing to charge. THEY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW HERE WITH A GENERIC MESSAGE SAYING THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND ASKED ME TO EMAIL THEM. I DID. NO REPLY. SCAMMERS. Don’t fall for it.

Unscrupulous chancers

This company uses dishonest and unscrupulous methods to get your money. When ordering a product it didn't appear to work, i went through the order process a second time, same thing happened. I got no confirmation emails or acknowledgement of order, so assumed it hadn't worked. Then i checked my account and there were 2 amounts of money leaving my account. I emailed company and the response was basically it was too late as both orders were already processed and also they claimed I signed up for a monthly subscription, which i definitely did not!
I threatened to contact trading standards about them so they ' cancelled' my subscription!
They already fleeced my account for an order that i still have no confirmation of and which I doubt will ever arrive!
AVOID this company it is a scam!

Contact your bank.

SCAM.
What you need to do is contact your bank/credit card company ASAP. My bank was familiar with this scam company. They issued me a refund right away, contacted the company, and KOJIVA refunded me right away. It must scare them when the banks get involved.
I urge you to do this. This company is well-known for scamming. Good luck to you all!

SCAM AVOID AVOID

SCAM! Same as all the other reviews. KOJIVA (with an I) are posing as KOJEVA (with an E) and sending copied, unbranded products (I actually received mine although it looks like plenty haven't). They never charged my bank for the original purchase, instead consistently took 4 lots of $49.99 from my bank under a pseudo subscription service. Which I have no record of signing up to. My bank has refunded me the money but just avoid at all costs. I hope this extra review helps some avoid the hassle. I really can't see why it's worth all the hassle!

This is a total scam people!!

This is a total scam people!!! They NVER delivered my orders, customer service takes forever to respond and then tells me all is well ... But it's not!!!! 7 weeks later NO PRODUCT IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
