Its a Scam!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This is a classic subscription trap. I bought a facial brush for €21 and, 8 days later, they charged an unauthorized €43.69 'VIP Subscription' fee.
The branding is also a lie (Bait and Switch). Their website shows high-quality 'Kojiva' branded products, but I received a generic, unbranded $2 item shipped from a Chinese logistics provider (Wanb Express) via Madrid.
They operate under multiple names like Kojiva and Kojeva to hide their track record. I have already reported them to my bank and local authorities. Avoid at all costs!
Also, no they're not under new management, just another lie. They said on an email they would refund me for the subscription and they didn't, if you orderer from them, first- cancel your card, then go to the police to make a complaint (take as much proof as possible) and lastly go to your bank to get your money back. OH, and please give them awful reviews everywhere, even social media if you see ads from them, warn people!!!

The same experience as all of the actual people on here - scammed and taken advantage of.
Made a purchase that I never received or even received confirmation for, a week later my bank fortunately blocked the following charge of 49.99 that I was never informed would be taken.
I’ve blocked the card now just in case these scammers have shared my details elsewhere or want to try and take further advantage.

A SCAM
Scam... The conformation email I got had a tracking number that is fake. The email also said they would notify me when it was shipped. That was 2 weeks ago. Checked my bank account, a recurring payment for $42, with a second recurring for $14 on the same day! From Kojeva. So googled them and realize I was dumb and got scammed. Its a lazy loser with no morals or respect for others who decide to make a living scamming people who are hard working contributing members of society. Karma catches up

They are scammers
They are scammers! You can get better facial lymphatic drainage brushes from Amazon.
I purchased their brush on 3/31/26 for $29.99 and it is now 4/8/26 and I have yet to receive any order confirmation. However, what I did receive was a charge of $49.99 for subscription to their VIP service which I didn’t sign up for. So in total, I was scammed out of almost $80 with no proof of purchase other than my bank statement and then charged again for a felonious subscription and still have no product
When I contacted them about their scamming they told me that the subscription is non refundable and will not address the issue of me not receiving my product or invoice.
Big time scamming company.
Please do not respond to this post about your under new management. Respond with a refund.

After reading other reviews on here, I contacted my bank, who confirmed there was a subscription on my account. Total scam!!! Stay away! I never received the product I ordered and paid for, and to make matters worse, they continue attempting to process additional unauthorized charges on my account. My bank flagged the unauthorized transactions. I'm also taking further legal actions in this matter. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shady business. Extremely disappointing and concerning experience.
Update: 4/12/26. No product, no money back received! Their automated responses to the complaints are pathetic. STAY AWAY from these crooks! Otherwise, you’ll end up paying for thin air!

This is a scam
This is a scam. I did not receive the product I ordered. Furthermore, two weeks after placing the order, another payment was taken from my account. This was a unauthorised payment. My bank has blocked further payments.
Update 06.04.26:
I have just received a cut and paste response from Kojiva claiming they are under new management.
This again is a KOJIVA SCAM.
They have not replied to my emails and have not delivered the product I ordered.
Kojiva have also taken unauthorised money from my account.
Do not buy from Kojiva.
I have lost over £50 on this scam.

There is no management/staff change. They are still going on with fraud and conning. They don’t reply to emails. They still haven’t refunded the money to anyone. I bought a lymphatic massager- the “viral” one for your face. I got 2 for $24.90 and paid for it in March 19th. On March 26th I was charged an additional $49.99. I reached out multiple times and finally got a reply - the $49.99 is for a monthly VIP membership that was automatically charged to me because of the “promotional deal” for the face massager. I told them to cancel everything and refund me. They told me they could not do that because the $49.99 is in their terms and conditions. I told them it was very shady to have this fee that is no where on my receipt and not charged at the same time. They said sorry for the inconvenience. This place is a money grab - even if the product is good no way should they secretly charge you $50 a month for anything. And very shady that the charges comes 7 days later.

Ordered the facial brush on the 24/03/26 for £18.74. Still waiting for that item. But, on the 1/4/26 this company helped themselves through my bank account to a further £37.72 for an order I had not placed. Contacted them via email a couple times no reply from them.
Got to wait 15 days to get that money back to claim a dispute with my bank.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a product that was supposed to be on sale for $4.99 with free shipping. They charged $9.99 for the product and another $9.99 for the shipping. The charge for almost $20 hit my bank account on 03/18 (ordered the 17th). Then on 03/25 they applied a $49.99 fee?! I have emailed the company at least 7 or 8 times so far with no response. I called my bank as soon as I saw the $49.99 charge and filed a fraud complaint. Also, I have not received what I ordered yet.

After that purchase they kept on taking "recurring payments " out of my account which wasn't authorized at all by me. EXACTLY as stated here on other reviews, ads appear on YouTube or Instagram and they get you to buy a gua sha only to take your card details and take more payments which then takes time to dispute.
