I have sent several emails regarding this matter but have not received any response. I also tried calling customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone.

It was the worst experience I have ever been so far. I ordered my book but it didn't come. I sent too many emails but no reply no refund nothing. Stay away guys they're scammers

I am writing regarding my order placed on your website (Order Number: …), which has been pending for almost three months.

According to the information provided, the books are still being “supplied,” but I have not received any clear update or delivery date. This delay is unacceptable.

I kindly request immediate clarification about the status of my order. If the books cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, I would like to request a full refund without further delay.

If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will be forced to contact my payment provider and the relevant consumer protection

They did not ship the books I bought more than 2 months and dont give any updates,

I placed my order on 18/09/2025.
On 09/10, I received the first email saying that the order was being prepared, but there has still been no progress since then. I live in a country close to Germany, yet the delivery is still this slow. Therefore, I do not recommend ordering from here. As an alternative, I recommend Pural Shop for german and turkish readers.

Stay away. It's been over 7 months since I placed my order, but there's no sign of the books or any communication from them. I don't understand how they can continue operating in a country like Germany after causing so much trouble for people. I placed my order in the Netherlands and am looking into consumer court. It has been almost five months since I placed my order, and I still have not received my books. During this period, I have not received any informational emails or messages. I have tried to reach you through all available communication channels (email, phone, social media) multiple times, but there has been absolutely no response.

On Instagram, you asked customers with order issues to fill out a form; I have completed this form several times, yet I have not received any reply or update.

This was my first purchase from your website, and I am extremely dissatisfied. The lack of communication with customers and the failure to deliver products that have already been paid for is very concerning and damages trust. For me, this experience has been a complete disappointment. Never again.

This is by far the worst service I have experienced.

I placed an order over 1.5 months ago and have received no update since then. The provided phone number is not working, emails remain unanswered, and even messages sent via Instagram are ignored.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. If there is no intention to fulfill the order, I expect a full refund immediately.

I will not recommend this service to anyone unless the issue is resolved urgently.

Just received my package recently. It took 5 weeks, which is longer than what I was used to. But bottom line; I received it, so I am satisfied.

I do never recommend! 3 Months passed no information!

They don’t deliver your order, don’t answer your emails, the phone number in the webpage doesn’t work, you can’t cancel your order from your profile! Worst experience.

I placed an order on KolnKütüphane.de in February. Months have passed and I have not received my products. I tried to contact them via email and their instagram account, but they never replied. I also requested a refund, but received no response. This is the most unreliable online store I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered 3 books (€26.37, Order #591TS84155) from Köln Kütüphane in December 2024. Despite repeated promises (Jan/Feb 2025 emails claimed "delivery soon" or "refund processing"), they never shipped the books or returned my money.

Ignored 5+ emails (April–May 2025) demanding a refund.

False commitments: Admitted cancellation on 28 March 2025 but never acted.

Zero accountability: No response to reminders or explanations.

Save your time and money—this company operates in bad faith. PayPal dispute filed.

Didn’t deliver my books and never reacted to my mails. It’s a scam!!

I have ordered books, they didn't send it for 3 months and they didn't respond to me. In the end I told them that I'll sue them for fraud. They immediately deleted my user account and my orders from their website. They are complete fraud do not ever order anything from them.

I have ordered some books 27th of February. there is no information. In the order tracking, it says it is in supply but I have wrote them several times and no one replied me. I have used the company earlier as well and never had issue on getting feedback or cancellation. this time it is a nightmare. I want to cancel the order and get my money back. I am trying to reach someone from the company to reply me over 2 weeks without any luck. It is incredibly bad. I cannot believe they are behaving their customers like that.

Ordered an item 1.5 months ago (mid-january) from minber.de, another website belonging to same company.

Minber.de contact info doesnt work at all.
Kolnkutuphane.de phone contact doesnt work either, they just dont pick up the phone. I only received a response once from kolnkutuphane.de contact e-mail after sending them many e-mails repetitively. They said they will send my item within march but it is april now and the item I ordered is still not shipped.

Tell me exactly when you will ship the item or give my money back! This is ridiculous and a breach of selling contract we made!
