I feel scammed – be careful before ordering

This was my first order with Kolua. The website appeared to be Dutch, but after ordering I found out it ships from China.

The item I received was NOTHING like the pictures or the description:
– Very poor and cheap quality
– Wrong sizing
– Came crumpled in a plastic bag

I contacted customer service to return it, and they told me return shipping to China is at my own cost, even though this was not clearly stated during checkout.

I was then offered 15%, later 25% refund – instead of resolving the issue properly.

I do not want a low-quality product I cannot use – even for free. I want my full refund.

This kind of service is misleading and disappointing.
I will also report them to Dutch consumer protection authorities (ConsuWijzer, ACM, Klachtenkompas).

Beware, scam, don't buy there! They advertise as a Dutch (Amsterdam) company but there are not, they are Chinese. After one month I have received 1 one of the 2 jackets I have ordered. The sleeves of the jacket are way too short, these are not correct/european sizes. And doubt the ethical making. Feel stupid, I usually check.

Although the website suggests that the products are European, in reality they are produced and shipped from China. The quality is therefore Chinese and, after receiving my parcel (their bestseller jacket + a bag), very poor. I don't think I'll ever wear this jacket or bag. The images on the website are far from the reality of what you receive. To be avoided!

I have been ordered Vorina but now change to this name it’s more than 16 days never get my orders I’m now it my big mistake to order this spent lots of money with this and feeling so foolish now

Do not order here. You can only return to an address in China on your own expense!

Delivery takes a long time, the sizes don't fit and you can't seem to send it back. I wrote an email to the german and dutch addresses and received no response, the mail sticker on the website doesn't seem to work either...

Their clothes aren't true to size and returns are impossible. They tell you to send returns to China at your own expense, which is not affordable. At no point did they indicate that they produce/sit in China. On their website, it always says "Kolua Berlin". Now it makes sense, that the delivery took forever.
Costumer service is completely unreliable.
Also, they state on their website that they have a 5 star rating on Trustpilot. What a scam.

Do not buy here. It’s a scam. They advertised for cashmere cardigans but are actually polyester. They false advertise so you make a purchase and then returns are a hassle.

Idk how they have a 5 star Trustpilot rating on their site when it’s showing as 1.7 here.

I received the wrong size of pants and tried to exchange it, but they told me that I need to send it back to China at my own expense, and the price for the shipment is almost the same as the price for the pants.
Their website states that the company is registered in Alkmaar, Netherlands. At no point during the ordering process or on the website did I encounter any disclaimer or information indicating that I would need to pay for return shipping costs to China rather than Alkmaar, Netherlands.
