Everywhere I go, I know where to go, seeing the best places. Also at home I can arrange my trips, making the most of my outdoor tours. I love being outdoors and Komoot is my helper!

Been using the world map one off for years. Lost is due to removing my account on accident and was helped by support.

Changing a planned route is not convenient. Your Knowledge about options very limited. Screen is overloaded with Information I did not ask/did not need

For unused premium functionalities I asked for a refund of the just paid year subscription.
The refund was on my PayPal account in 2 hours after the claim was open.
I think this is a nice proof of attention to the customer.
I know this is an administrative only feedback but I think is worth to know.

I like planning tours and doing them. Its easy to share tours with others and i like the features in the program.

Best hike app

Difficult to navigate, not many routes when specifically asking for gravel no routes appear despite me knowing there are routes.

So far not worth the £60 a year

Easy to use and navigate, komoot is my go to planning app.

I love finding and sharing hiking and cycling routes. This App has changed my life getting me of the couch and into the mountains all over this beautiful country. With the App I have gained self confidence improved my mental health and lost a lot of weight. I have been using all the new features which are great at giving me motivation to get some of the peaks I have missed along my trips out

Amazing app. Lovely features

This is an extremely hard app to use. It has been built with a curious way of thinking about what people want to do. I want two things: find a route near a specified location, and give a start and end point to build (then refine) a route. The app creates a ridiculous number of hoops to jump through to achieve that end. I don’t understand why home confronts me with “challenges” and “explore” (when the locations are nowhere near me). Take some tips from the Ordnance Survey app - so intuitive.
