Though the drivers were late on the day, they gave enough notice with updated ETA of the drivers messaging through WhatsApp customer service.

Had a really great experience
Had a really great experience with Kongtans! Super easy to arrange and communicate with, they arrived right on time, and the two guys helping were really nice and friendly. They packed everything quickly but still took great care, especially with the glass and TV. The move was done so efficiently it saved me a lot of stress. Definitely recommend them!
