We recently moved houses, and KongTrans made what could have been a nightmare of a moving day an absolute breeze. Our old place was a 2/F maisonette with over 30 steep steps, making it incredibly challenging to move everything out. Despite this, the KongTrans team handled the entire process with complete professionalism and care.

We ended up having much more stuff than initially expected, but the team didn’t complain for a second. Instead, they skillfully played Tetris with our belongings, meticulously arranging everything in the truck to minimise trips and save us time and money. Their ability to adapt was impressive – especially since we ran out of both time and boxes, leaving some items not properly packed. Despite this being entirely our own fault, they still handled everything with exceptional care.

What truly set KongTrans apart was their incredible work ethic. The movers worked tirelessly for almost seven hours straight without taking a single break – I’m not even sure they paused for lunch. And at the end of this exhausting day, they even surprised us with a thoughtful move-in gift, a gesture that really meant a lot.

I used the moving service of Kong Trans recently and the service from enquiry to the actual move was superb. Communication is prompt and detailed.
