Ordered from the website yesterday and my sponge arrived today, really impressed with the delivery! These are honestly the best Konjac sponges I've tried (and I've tried a few others that fell apart after a week).

I bought some of their face sponges, and their customer service was really good - details below;

I bought three konjac face sponges, 1 x charcoal, 1 x red clay and 1 x natural on the 20th December.

It was easy to select and checkout, the only difficulties I had were self inflicted.

I like to be open in my reviews so here is what went wrong;
I ordered on the 20th but as far as I could see I did not get an order confirmation.
By the 21st I was a bit concerned
By the 22nd I thought something must be up, I had on that same day been let down by two other large online companies - (you know who you are) so had already got myself into a bit of a grump.
I checked my PayPal payment and found contact details for the konjacsponge company on the PayPal receipt and tried to call them, the number was disconnected.
At this point I was in rather a grump, it was around 10PM so sent a message to the email address on the PayPal receipt and then went to the website and sent another, AND I called their company number ( just to see if it was real, I did not expect to be able to leave a message, but you can leave a message out of hours, so I did, a rather grumpy one) I had not shopped there before, there were no trustpilot reviews and I thought I had been had.
But no - It was my mistake,I had forgotten to check my junk mail.
The Konjacsponge company got back to me first thing the next day and sent me copies of the order confirmation, the shipping confirmation and the delivery details - all of which I had received, but it had just gone through to the junk section, they had done nothing wrong, indeed they had been very communicative.
They were really polite and gave me contact details should I need more help - very surprising considering how grumpy I had been ( for no reason)
The sponges turned up on the 23rd, very well packaged.
So to summarise:

Delivery: 2-3 days - at Christmas time - so really fast
Customer service - extremely patient with a customer who was grumpy for no reason, and fast reply time.
ordering - really easy.

Lessons I have learnt;
1. Check your Junk Mail
2. Even large companies can forget to update their PayPal contact info

So - the product is great - the company is honest and friendly - even with a tricky customer, and the shipping is fast, even at Christmas time.

I would highly recommend the Konjacspongecompany.

Also - the pricing is really good - their sponges are available at many stores and boutiques online, however their pricing on their own website is the same if not cheaper, and they offer free delivery over a certain amount ( I had the free delivery and it was really fast).

Why choose a konjac sponge?
I chose these for my teenager, who has suddenly come down with dermatitis on their face, probably hormonal, but I know from my research into it that many people suffer from dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis in particular, and these sponges are not just good for a super spa style facial, they are really good for those with sensitive skin or skin conditions and can be used every day. You can use them with or without cleanser, so ideal for people with allergies.
My teenager has only used this once so far, but was really impressed, having previously tried many products - including a loofah, to remove the dead skin flakes, and this worked a treat without irritating their skin at all.
I hope these work out - I paid £7.99 for each sponge, so they need to last a bit, I think the literature said to change the sponge once every 3 months, so that works out £2.66 / month, which is pretty reasonable.

I hope this is helpful for others trying these sponges for the first time. They are not cheap but they are not super expensive and should last about 3 months ( be careful - one very large online company - named after the worlds largest tropical rainforest, is selling these at twice the price as they do on the konjacspongecompany own site - so do shop around)

UPDATE as of 30/07/2016
I have now orderd again from Konjack sponge company and can confirm their reliability - the order arrived very quickly, very well packaged, and my son is very happy with the sponges (hence buying more!)
