They have a history of delaying group buy orders for a really long time, and right now they're outright not responding to customers on when they're going to fulfill their orders. They also recently changed their refund policy after customers requested refunds and now customers can't even get their money back after joining a group buy. This store is a scam and you should stay far away from them.

they were unable to provide proper technical support, the person who answered my ticket is clueless about how the product they selling works, keep providing some incorrect info
I've been spent over 2 months back and forth with them, I understand they have a small team so I don't complain about the response time, but after this long they still unable to provide a proper solution is just unacceptable.
if you trying to buy a QMK programmable keyboard from them be aware, the configuration file and guide they provided on-site are outdated and unusable, after contacting them about the issue, they just throw me some updates without proper testing which not fixed the issues at all, super unprofessional
I'm honestly very disappointed to have to experience such as hassle after spending over $200
