I met someone the first time I was on there. He is adorable! He told me everything right off, if its true. The sad thing is, I cant afford to talk to him! The charge here to talk to someone, or just send a wink or a sticker is ridiculous! You dont want to play matchmaker thats for sure.

This site is a total scam using credits for every word
And every photo that you look at, I get the impression that ladies are paid as the photos are all professional and the ladies are very talkative to keep you talking
Most sites have a subscription which is relatable
Don’t waste your money

UPDATE #3 - The response from Koreadates.com below is very misleading. The statement about whether the Top User lied or misrepresented themselves is appalling. When I was finally given the facts about the site, a presentative told me that all the matches that I can see are TOP Users and that he would unblock them for me so I could tell them who lied?? He advised me of their names and said he can see the communications between me and them. The representative then unblocked them. So why, is the response from Koreadates.com - left for me to tell them who it was when they can see who it was for themselves? Disingenuous, troubling on so many levels. They know who it was as I only spoke to 4-5 Top Users that I had no idea that they were Top Users. I also sent an email and received a response today that is basically a no-response. Do yourself a favor and look at a few of the sites (they will have different names), the same TOP USERS are listed on all these sites. This is a scam. If you have money to waste, try it and you will see.
UPDATE #2 - 5/12/26 Researching and found there are several sites with the same guys as Top Users some have the same name and others have a different name! Meetheage.com same site, this is the third site with the same men on all sites that have this credit thing. Check it out for yourself. How disappointing. Sad, scams everywhere.
UPDATE: 5/11/26 Koreadates.com just explained to me that Top Users can only talk to Regular Users! Regular Users cannot talk to Regular Users! No way to know how long they have been on the platform. They have to tell you if they want to. No where does it say this when you sign up. No way to have a genuine conversation because they will send you a letter so you can be billed. It’s totally one-sided. Top Users does not owe but Regular User pays! That’s fair. If you want only a pen pal (international), you will pay for it! Period.
Buyer Beware. The only way to identify Top Users (there is a blue check mark - upper left side under their picture). IDENTIFY A TOP USER!!! This site is the worst of the worst. I have been using this site for 3 weeks and in that time I have been charged $2,000 to chat with fake men, insincere liars and scandalous Top Users. I created a profile with no picture,I posted just my story about me. In my description I described myself physically, what I am looking to achieve (a companion), and requested no top users contact me. Top Users can have access the platform for free as long as they create professional pictures of themselves, engage everyday and change, send you exclusive post, emails that cost you the user, upload pictures all the time. Additionally, Top Users must respond back to other users within a certain period of time (very fast). These men in my case, range in careers, no rhyme or reason but mostly say they are a. CEO, they are not. Their goal is to make money for the site. In order to not pay they have to make other users pay to use the platform. Once the top user is verified, it’s free for them to message, email and send pictures to users. They upload content to the platform and the user they engage pays to see their content. The Top Users beg you to read letters that they send you in order to meet their quota and they send you a ton of pictures asking you to open them. The first picture is usually free, and you pay 10 credits for each additional picture you view. Opening a media video will cost you 50 credits. You can send and receive pictures in the chat area as well but you are being billed pay minute during each chat. $200 for 800 credits is a rip off and goes very fast. They don’t tell you what credit rate 800 credits is, the credits keep deducting as you chat with someone. You can be mid chat and the system will say buy more chat time or you can’t read what the user you were talking to said. The men are not great looking at all. They show unusual empathy and start asking you how you feel without sharing anything about themselves. I had to block very young Top Users even though I put an age range of 50-70 years old. Some of the profiles are obvious AI. If you ask them if they are a Top User, they ignore you because they know you read the platform policy and that you know they are not paying. I have never been on a dating/companion platform in my life. The purpose for me was to learn about China and meet a friend. The platform could have been a good one but unfortunately it’s another scam. As for me, I have appx 670 credits left that I will use to do what???? I asked for a refund or a credit - let’s see if I get one.
