Ghosté par les coach
Abonné depuis un an et demi, je me suis fait ghoster deux fois par les coach.
Les réponses se font attendre, on commence par oublier de vous envoyer vos séances … puis plus personne.
J’ai réclamé un remboursement au SAV car, si mon abonnement prend fin dans 20 jours, je le veux pas continuer .. et je me suis fait ghoster aussi, il n’y a plus personne (même pas un message standardisé de mise en attente pour traitement de ma demande).
Je suis extrêmement déçu.
