If giving zero stars were an option

If giving zero stars were an option, I would. The only good thing that came out of this purchase was getting the chance to leave this review.
This is without question the worst clothing purchase I have ever made. What I received looks NOTHING like the product photos. The sweater is laughably low quality thin, stiff, and the design is clearly just a cheap, poorly printed image slapped onto fabric.

I paid $55 for something that feels like it came from a clearance bin or a pop-up scam site. It’s honestly insulting that this company thinks this passes as acceptable quality. There is zero attention to detail, zero craftsmanship, and zero honesty in how this product is advertised.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this website. It’s a complete waste of money, and I regret this purchase entirely. If I could give zero stars, I would. This brand is terrible.

Amazon Rules the World (For a Reason)

Placed an order on December 5th and emailed support same day to request a size change. No one responded to me until the 16th of December...telling me the product is in transit and the size cant be changed...if you actually checked your support email, the issue could have been resolved 10 days earlier. You would think of you realized you don't check your emails enough and an order was wrong...you would at least send a other product. Will never order from this business again. Incredibly bad business model. If I had a business that revolved around customer sales and support, you would have enough people to do the job. Its a few days from January...and still no product. This company literally failed in every aspect of customer support. When they asked me for a review / survey...their data base wont even accept the review unless its 3 stars or above, how do I know? i tried 5 times to submit and was given the message that i was unable to...when i selected 3 stars all the way down, it went through.

Everything that they make is of horrible quality, and I just ordered pants and jacket that were absolutely not at all as advertised and are in fact garbage. Do not order from them unless you want inferior products. It also takes about a month or more for your orders to arrive.

Not even 1 star - 0 stars ! DO NOT ORDER FROM KORSINA. No customer service. I have sent several emails within a few days of my order - requested cancellation with screen shots showing the order was waiting to be shipped. I requested cancellation x 3 in 24 hours WITH NO RESPONSE. Guess what ! Now I have just received an email saying my order has been shipped. No acknowledgement of my cancellation. Unresponsive customer service

Unresponsive customer service! Order placed on November 27, 2025 has yet to be shipped although Korsina’s website states items will be shipped within 5-8 days. I’ve repeatedly asked for my money to be returned and my order cancelled. I’ve yet to receive a response.

Urge you to stay away

Upon purchase, made on 11/19/25, no immediate information was provided regarding shipping date, ETA, etc. I’ve become accustomed to things taking forever to arrive from China, but thought I’d have the package by Christmas, as it was a gift. Well, it’s Christmas Eve and no package. The company they use for final delivery is called UniUni, a company I’ve never heard of, and they are no help, only telling me the package is in their warehouse, “awaiting sorting”. It’s been in that status for days. Can’t comment on product, as I’ve not seen it yet. Suspect I’ve been scammed. Stay away!

Expect the worst

Expect the worst. Placed an order weeks ago for a function I attended. No delivery. No update. Tracking code of little use. Thought surely by Christmas. No. No response from Korsina.com. If it does ever arrive I expect a horrible experience trying to return it based on lack of customer support so far.

Update: Package arrived 2Jan26. Wow. Even if it had arrived on time, two weeks ago, it would be returned immediately. It is nothing like what is pictured and described. Decieptful is being kind. Its like they took a photo copy of the picture and printed that on thin fabric. Same quality as costume pop up stores around Halloween.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Lesson learned don’t buy stuff from Instagram. Took 3 weeks+ to turn up as comes from China, and is supposed to be knitted but can only be compared to what they made goal keeper tops out of in the 90’s. Cost more than a nice wool/cotton jumper from the local garden centre as well. Avoid at all costs.

Hoping i can get a refund

Hoping i can get a refund. If the customer service stands up I may give an extra star

My jumper finally came today, to say disappointed is an understatement. The neck is almost as big as the waist. And the quality is abysmal. The photo on the website shows a thick woolen jumper with bold colour and what arrived is cheap, badly made and ill fitting. The waist is supposed to be a ribbed hem along with the sleeve cuffs but is a poorly cut and badly sewn. While i accept you state on your website that due to lighting the item may differ SLIGHTLY from the one depicted but this is not slight, everything about it is different and much much lower quality than I would expect.

Avoid at all costs

UPDATE- following my review Korsina contacted me. After sending photos of my item they have fully refunded me. I am not amending my rating though as the item was nothing like I ordered, nor was it easy to contact them.
Avoid at all costs. I ordered a knitted tank top but received an awful polyester top with a very bad print on it. The colour looks to have run on the print, and the stitching is bad. Tried to upload a review on their website but it wouldn’t allow me…maybe because I was going to give it a 0.5 star review. I’m trying to contact them but not holding out much hope!

Ordered a jumper from these guys. Picture makes the jumper look like a good quality knitted jumper, description also states the jumper is knitted. Item arrived as an oversized, poor quality printed jumper. Looks like something you'd order from shein for a couple of quid, not something you'd spend £30 on. Do not waste your time ordering from this site.
