Do not order from Korsina!

Do not order from Korsina!! After waiting 4 weeks for the items I ordered, USPS seized the shipment for counterfeit postage. I contacted customer service to cancel my order and get a refund. They responded, but I’m skeptical I’ll ever see my money again. This business is fraudulent. Buyer beware.

Not what is is the pictures

What a disappointment. In their advertisements this looks like a nice, crisp, corduroy blazer with lots of metalic trim, beadwork, and sequins. A bit over-the-top, but posh. Go look at the pictures in their ads again, the decorations are definitely 3D and attached on top of the corduroy.
In actuality what you get is something that looks like a PJs top. A soft, thin, slightly fuzzy material that drapes firmlessly, with the decoration just printed on. Like a cheap photocopy of the real thing. They do say print in their title, but that isn't what their photos show. This thing is so bad I am embarrassed to even give it to the homeless shelter.
Don't spend your money with these fraudsters.

Warning

Ordered 6 weeks before Christmas it turned up in January despite chasing with no replies. Item is a poorly printed cheap top and nothing like the pictures. They obviously make enough profit to ignore the appalling reviews. Had I looked carefully I would never dealt with them.

First product looks nothing like the product advertised
Second they offer no information on shipping date. So plan on a month of wondering if it will ever come.
Third the product is so cheap and low quality I instantly wanted to return it. Their refund policy that was previously a secret say we won’t pay for returns. We won’t refund what you paid. You have a choice of accepting 1/3 and sending it back. Or accepting 51% in the form of a coupon to use at their company for more low low quality products. Do not buy from this company

Better than I expected!

I ordered several "cat ninja" shirts that kept appearing in ads while I browsed the internet. I liked the design and they were not very expensive. After I ordered them, I started to worry about the quality and reliability of the vendor. When I searched their name I saw many bad reviews here and I was concerned.

I asked for shipping information and they responded with a tracking number which I was able to track through 17Track (I had to find it through an AI inquiry asking how to track the number I was given). I would have liked to know an approximate shipping and delivery time when I ordered it as I ordered one of the shirts as a Christmas gift - but I guess I should have asked before I ordered. I received prompt replies to my emails when I sent them after I ordered.

The shirts arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. The shirts are polyester and fairly thin, which should be good for summer and the graphics match the pictures and the quality and fit is good.

For a novelty shirt, I think it is a good buy.

Never Again

Review on the product is not possible so that’s why I am here.

The designs look appealing but the material is terrible. You cannot even roll up the sleeves because of it being pure synthetic. No flexibility and no warmth.

Definitely not worth 50$, use temu in that case.

Katastrophe, Finger weg

Katastrophe - Finger weg - Größe stimmt nicht - sieht komplett anders aus - billigste Chinaware.

Looks completely different than the original from the website.
The sizes are absolutely wrong and don’t fit at all, e.g. the XXL shirt was very much shorter than the M size shirt - the opposite should be the case.
Quality is horrible: cheapest thinnest china goods.
You customer service needed two weeks to update my phone number. Ridiculous!
Promised, I’ll never ever make any future purchase again! And will take care that no one else from my network will do.
Thank you for nothing but rubbish.

Scammers

I ordered three sweaters and 1) they took forever to arrive and 2) they are terrible quality and look nothing like how they were pictured on the site. These guys are scammers.

Shoddy products that dont look like pics

I bought xmas blazer and ball cap and the product arrived in 22 days (missed my parties) and it was nothing like the pictures. Printed designs and cheapest material you could imagine. I gave the products away and got $30 refund on $100 spend. Customer service responded but they take no responsibility for false advertising. I asked Gemini about korsina and it said the reviews were good:(... so be sure not to just trust facebook and google and check trustpilot in future. Facebook makes 10% of their ad revenue from China and allows 20% fraud - just read the Reuters article this am.

never again

Tried to change order on Day of original order - No response sent further email the day after still no response - order shipped 8 days later and then received email stating cannot change order as shipped... this could have easily been fulfilled if the company had responded to the customer requests in a timely manner. They then sent me a survey and because i scored them poor the survey kept bouncing back as " not submitted please try later" i then submitted a positive review and guess what it successfully submitted. wonder why a positive review is allowed to be submitted but a negative one isn't, of course this has nothing to do with manipulation of review scores

Update: following the response below i have checked the reviews on Korsina's website and they do not have one review with less that 4 stars. so despite the statement that my review had been submitted, it must still be floating in the cloud at present

Further update: 06/01/26
my parcel arrived and as expected did not resemble what i thought i had purchased or that as described on korsina's website. after an exchange of emails, To my surprise and fair play to the company i have received a full refund. Thank you for doing the right thing Korsina

Cero stars - still waiting for package to get refund

Just because I cannot rate none star I gave 1 star.
The logistic process is fraudulent as they cannot be honest with customers mentioning that orders will take more than a month to arrive, because comes from china and they will set the shipping 10 days after a customer ordered something. If you want to ask for the refund they are not going to pay it full because
return shipping costs and potential administrative fees may be incurred and deducted from any eligible refund.
They should discount to the employee in charge of give follow up to orders from NJ or be responsible of their lack of logistic to do a full refund
I tried to open the link customer service provided and the cherry my Norton antivirus did not allow to open it as it is an Unsafe site.
The date of experience started on December 4 when I set my order and today December 28 continues the experience.

If giving zero stars were an option

If giving zero stars were an option, I would. The only good thing that came out of this purchase was getting the chance to leave this review.
This is without question the worst clothing purchase I have ever made. What I received looks NOTHING like the product photos. The sweater is laughably low quality thin, stiff, and the design is clearly just a cheap, poorly printed image slapped onto fabric.

I paid $55 for something that feels like it came from a clearance bin or a pop-up scam site. It’s honestly insulting that this company thinks this passes as acceptable quality. There is zero attention to detail, zero craftsmanship, and zero honesty in how this product is advertised.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this website. It’s a complete waste of money, and I regret this purchase entirely. If I could give zero stars, I would. This brand is terrible.

Amazon Rules the World (For a Reason)

Placed an order on December 5th and emailed support same day to request a size change. No one responded to me until the 16th of December...telling me the product is in transit and the size cant be changed...if you actually checked your support email, the issue could have been resolved 10 days earlier. You would think of you realized you don't check your emails enough and an order was wrong...you would at least send a other product. Will never order from this business again. Incredibly bad business model. If I had a business that revolved around customer sales and support, you would have enough people to do the job. Its a few days from January...and still no product. This company literally failed in every aspect of customer support. When they asked me for a review / survey...their data base wont even accept the review unless its 3 stars or above, how do I know? i tried 5 times to submit and was given the message that i was unable to...when i selected 3 stars all the way down, it went through.
