This product is complete garbage

This product is complete garbage. The items sent look nothing like the photographs. Do not buy anything from this company. You will just throw it in the trash.

Total scam!

Shipping took forever. Product is of very poor quality. Does not look anything like the advertised product. Very disappointed. Stay away from this company!

Christmas jacket and lies by customer service

After ordering a Christmas jacket, I received an email 12/7 stating it would take three weeks because it hadn't shipped yet. I requested a refund immediately and daily made the same request of their customer service...crickets. 12/14 I got an email that it shipped and I couldn't get a refund because it shipped.

2nd complaint

This would be my 2nd complaint about Korsina seeing as they only seem to respond when you publicly call them out on their lack of customer service!

This is now my 3rd request for a return label - not only was the order received much later than expected, one of the items is supposed to be a men’s SWEATSHIRT! It’s far from sweatshirt material AND the other is supposed to be a women’s SWEATER - again the material is far from such! Both some cheap polyester. This is nothing short of false advertising.

A request for a return label was sent to your support team, and the 2nd request was sent to your complaint team. Now I have just sent a email to both support and complaint teams - anyone going to answer?

Send the return label!

Beware: SCAMMERS

Do not purchase from these scammers!! Products are not what you see on the website snd when you complain, they try to force you to pay shipping to USA. Luckily I won a dispute via PayPal for a full refund they are persistent and will stick to their return policy for a few days. Do not budge if you need a refund or AVOID SITE AT ALL COSTS!!

Order never delivered

Order never delivered. After months of contact, the seller admitted the parcel was
“disposed of” but still refused a full refund, offering only a partial refund or voucher.
I don't recommend to order anything from this company.

Do not buy or it will be a Nightmare Before Christmas!

I was dreaming of a "White Christmas" when I ordered this, but what arrived was more like a "Nightmare Before Christmas!"
The product photos truly "sleigh" the presentation—they show a beautifully structured item that looked ready for a cozy holiday party. However, the actual delivery is a total "Grinch." This item looks absolutely nothing like the beautiful garment pictured on your website.
The picture on the website looks embroidered and the actual product isn't even corduroy, it's printed to look like corduroy and has printed pictures of the embroidery! 100% a rip off!
Consider this my "Christmas wish" for your company: please update your product photography to accurately reflect what customers are purchasing! This is definitely going on my "naughty list."

All wrong

I ordered two sweaters. For my wife, I purchased the snowman sweater, and for myself the Santa drinking wine (size Large). What we received, however, was all wrong. My wife’s sweater was not the snowman, it was of Santa riding a dinosaur with a shotgun in his hands! And my sweater was not size large, it was a medium! Unwearable. Both were wrong! I've sent emails for three straight days...never got a response.

I ordered a Christmas sweater

I ordered a Christmas sweater. It was an inferior knockoff of the garment shown in the photograph, and also arrived with a torn buttonhole. I contacted the support address, asking for a means to return the product and receive a refund. The only response I received offered me a discount on a future purchase, or a discount on the damaged product I currently had. I wrote back (x2) informing them I merely wanted to return the product, nothing more or less. Since then, silence. Clearly a fly-by-night business. I would strongly suggest, keep your distance.

Korsina is a scam

Korsina is a scam. Started to worry after I ordered and the order confirmation did not list a "shipping company" just other. No replies from customer support. And the tracking number provided does not correspond to any company.

Sorry to say I was scammed! Will make me less likely to order online in the future.

Items don't ship

Placed an order over a week ago, received no confirmation email although my card has been charged. Reached out for an update on 2 occasions to their customer support, of course no response. Item remains under the awaiting shipping status.

I have been waiting on any information…

Worst Online Purchase Everrrr

I ordered their women's astronaut cat hoodie at the beginning of November. It only arrived yesterday (5 December). It's an absolute con. I've never had such a poorly and cheaply made hoodie. The material is like a cheap polyester shell, almost like what a child's Halloween costume would be made out of. The stitching was amateur. The shape didn't fit right, the waist was stitched too narrow. This has ruined any future online purchases. I'm now only buying from reputable vendors.

Would go lower if I could

Would go lower if I could. Shirts were far smaller than expected. For example, the 2XL shirts were smaller than XL shirts I already own. I was only offered a 50% refund.
