Long delivery time
I placed an order with Kozys.se for a Sitback bag for my child’s birthday, relying on their website’s promise of delivery within 2 to 4 business days. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive within this timeframe, forcing me to purchase another bag elsewhere to avoid disappointing my child.
Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email and phone, I received no response. Eventually, I had to cancel the order due to the delay, but the item still arrived much later, and I only received a reply from them at their convenience.
This experience was highly disappointing. The failure to meet the advertised delivery time and the lack of responsive customer service is unacceptable. I expected better and will not be ordering from this company again.
