Horrible Customer Service
I bought a Koya pillow on 02/06. I received an email saying the order shipped on 02/11. The email stated that I would receive a tracking number so can track my shipment. Two weeks later and I still haven’t received a tracking number, or the package. I sent customer service an email asking about my shipment. They responded within an hour, saying a tracking number would be provided within 24 hours. I still haven’t received a tracking number, and emailed the company again requesting the tracking number. Now I’m getting no response. Save your troubles and use a different company. I still haven’t received anything and honestly I am not sure this isn’t a scam.
