I pre-ordered ATEEZ's photobook and it is promised to all preorders that it would come with the holographic cards as POBs. I didn't receive them and that is the whole reason why I bought a second copy so that people who couldn't preorder it could have the PCs.
I order SKZ's albums and everything came in good condition and I got a lot of extra photocards but they were because of factory errors on the PCs in the box so it wasn't like a surprise.

The best place to buy Kpop albums if you live in Canada. First of all the shipping price isn't too much compared to other places I only paid 30$ in shipping for 5 albums, they also show you the price in your currency because there was nothing worse than putting albums in your cart and realizing they are in USD. Secondly the customer service is amazing, I accidently paid for the same order twice and I did not have the funds for that so I needed to cancel it URGENTLY. I sent them an email and they replied back within 2 days which is super fast compared to some other websites especially considering the time difference since they are based in Korea. Whoever I was emailing with canceled the order right away, it was a super smooth interaction and I loved my experience!!! Never going to buy from another store from now on!

I received a broken lightstick and I have tried to get in touch with them for over a year to get a refund or get it fixed, but they ignore all of my mails. In the meantime i know many people who they've answered that used the same mail.

(I live in canada) So far I’m loving it, The customer service is pretty good but it did take 2 emails to respond. I asked them about the shipping and why is my order taking so long because I ordered blackpink official light stick v2 and I ordered it on December 31st. It is January 6 2022 and it’s not shipped yet, so I emailed them, it took 2 emails for them to respond. They took over an hour to respond my email which was fine, they were very VERY nice to me and provided me with good information. They said that they will ship out my order as soon as they can and contact the shipping crew. Very satisfied with the customer service. I will update you guys when I receive the product
Edit: OK, so I received my item. and im telling you its worth it, it shipped very quickly and it was packaged really well, they put one rap of bubble rap and that big plastic thing (idk what its called) and the light stick is in perfect condition. AND it came with photocards which I wasn’t expecting bc its POB, but im very happy. I love it, might order here again. I really recommend this store, the first time I shopped with them I made a mistake ordering an item so I asked for a refund and they replied only a few hours later and they were very nice to me and did it. I went back to buy with them and my order took 3 or 4 days to soak and it only took a week to arrive at my house, the products came very well wrapped in bubble wrap and there were no missing items, I will buy with them again without a doubt

So when i bought my album (txt freeze set) i realised how many bad reviews there were and i was so scared that i would be scammed because this was gift to my friend. I saw so many bad reviews so i thought all the good ones were fake but within a week and a half i got it! The album price was the cheapest i could find but shipping was the same (pretty expensive but i saw it coming since i live in australia and shipping is always expensive T_T).
From how fast it came in and the fact it was in good quality i would buy from here again but at the same time but 4 stars because it does seem like other people put bad reviews for this website.
Mixed feelings, but goods arrived
So, I have mixed feelings here. I ordered on 26th Oct and it took until 9th Nov to be dispatched after some chasing. Communication is slow and the seller should focus on these two areas if they are to improve their trust pilot ratings. The box of one item had scuff marks on, and if I was buying from a retail shop I would not select it by choice.
Once dispatched the items arrived in full within 3 days thanks to DHL- they were well packaged which I am pleased about given my early concerns about the seller.
Summary
I wouldn’t choose to buy again, as I had a better experience from other sellers based in Korea, and received prompt dispatch etc. with cheaper DHL shipping fees.
Updated: charged shipping fees for 4kg of goods, items arrived clearly showing 0.4kg. I have certainly been significantly overcharged shipping.

I made an order which included the baby bt21 earbuds and one of the earbuds did not work since the order arrived and I have sent them multiple emails trying to find a solution but I received no reply at all. I sent emails over 2 months ago. I always receive an automated reply that my email was received and that they will get back to me soon but to this day that did not happen. And today I was trying to login to my account on their website and I find out that is has been disabled :)

I ordered some albums around the 7th of September and it's 21st of September and they still haven't shipped it.
one of the albums i ordered sold out, they were so slow to ship my order that it sold out and now it won't be included in my order. WORST SHOP. WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE.

I would recommend kpoptown
I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews for this store, I ordered many times from them and never had any issues. With the shipping and extra importation fees it can get a bit expensive but I don’t mind paying the price since there aren’t any stores near me with such a wide selection. The shipping to Canada is surprisingly fast (about 2 weeks or less) but I have received some albums with bumped corners/small scratches, they should work a bit on their packaging. I still would (and will) buy from them again.

I've used Kpoptown a number of times and have been happy with the service so far. The only issue I've ever had was when I wanted to cancel 2 of the 4 items that I pre-ordered. I was told that I would only be refunded when the other 2 items were sent out (which meant waiting a number of weeks for my refund). I did have to email again to remind them.....and was refunded the following day.
I would still buy from kpoptown again in the future.....

I bought from this website awhile ago and never again because I want to warn other people planning on purchasing from this website. I ordered an album set last year that was over $50 and never received it to this day. They still charged it for me of course and tried to reach out to them for a refund but never got back to me. This website is a total scam. I recommend buying from ktown4u because it is the most trustworthy website to purchase from and always had good experiences with them.
Do yourself a favor, don’t buy from them
They overcharged me on shipping by 3 or 4 kgs. I contacted them to ask for the partial refund I would be entitled to, but they never replied. They are awful. I have been a customer for years, but I will never buy from them again. I have warned all my friends & moots and will never recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of cheaper kpop sellers anyway, like ktown4u. Who also, how funny, offers cheaper shipping fees. :)

I decided to order from Kpoptown because of the prices, it was much cheaper then what we get in the UK for albums, I ordered a few items and I clicked the wrong payment option so I emailed customer service to ask to change my payment option and I didn’t get a reply for more than a week. I got fed up so I emailed again for a cancellation instead and they replied back immediately, however the attitude I received back was not that great. Customer service is very poor and they don’t message back unless you are going to cancel your order or take action. Personally, sites have never taken more than a week to reply back to me. Wouldn’t recommend even the reviews on this site are bad, might as well just save up and pay a little extra for albums elsewhere.

They canceled an order and took all my money (more than $ 300), then they blocked my account and they did not reply to my emails. I don't recommend them.

PROTIP: if you want a refund/chargeback DO NOT go through paypal, contact kpoptown’s customer service email first. If they decide to ignore you for 10 days or two weeks, show the receipts to your credit card and they should refund you the whole amount. Paypal disputes will never end in your favor.
This is my second time dealing with a sleazy kpop seller. I had hoped kpoptown would be better than kt*wn4u because their return policy looked great, reddit reviews were aces, but it seems this business also doesnt care if your albums arrive damaged. They didn’t properly bubblewrap my albums so half of them arrived with corners dented in. They ignored my return request and inquiries I sent through email and paypal for a week, and responded only after I escalated on paypal. That was my mistake. So you know, these overseas kpop sellers don’t care if you escalate and even offer a “full refund” via paypal because they aren’t responsible for return shipping when you do escalate. Most know you won’t return because its unfeasible to ship things back out of pocket of 80-100 dollar to SK unless youre determined to spite them.
Anyways the late shipment time isnt the core of my issue (2+ weeks waiting time is suspect though) like a lot of reviews I relate with. This company simply has not delivered what I ordered and is pretty vile for having a return policy they do not amend.
