One of the only sites to buy xdc, but large withdrawl fees i only used it to purchase xdc and withdrawal then I deleted it not a fan of the exchange

I have no control over my account. I have an open position you wont let me sell. Ive tried depositing money but you wont do that.
Theres no phone numbers. There's no people to talk with ---NONE.
I thought COINBASE was terrible and you're just as bad. I'm going to file a class action suit to get restitution from you for the fraud you're operating.

They locked my account on Day 1.
They locked my account on Day 1 without any communication. It's a tiny amount of money and a totally legit purpose, I am an upstanding citizen and I gave them all the right information, ID and everything.
This is a really offputting first foray into crypto investing. Isn't that the point of what you do? Attract people into the industry? You're doing the opposite.

They put my account on restrictions because they think Im being scammed but I know where my money is b coming from and being sent to.They had me on a 90 day restriction so they could review my account and then after the 90 days they put my account on another 90 day restrictions.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Kraken.
After making a couple of transactions, my account was suddenly suspended during one of my first transfers, with absolutely no explanation. I even reached out through chat beforehand to ask if any additional information was needed to avoid delays, but there was no clear guidance.
Trying to get support has been extremely difficult there is no real human interaction, only automated responses, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
After waiting patiently for about a week, the restriction was finally lifted. However, when I made another transaction, my account was restricted again. Now everything is frozen I can’t withdraw, deposit, or access my funds. It feels like I’ve completely lost control over my own money.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience: no transparency, no clear explanation, and no reliable way to speak to a real person.
